The LGBTQ+ Greek Initiative is a space intentionally created to affirm and connect those of us who proudly live at the intersection of LGBTQ+ identity and Greek life. While we represent different organizations and councils, we are united by our shared commitment to service, leadership, community, and the bonds of sisterhood and brotherhood.
Black Men Rising (BMR)—an affinity initiative dedicated to uplifting and empowering Black men across the LGBTQ+ spectrum. BMR provides a supportive and affirming space for Black men to build community, lead, and advance equity and justice, especially for those living at the intersections of race, gender, and sexuality.
The Human Rights Campaign’s B.L.A.C.K. Council is proud to introduce Rooted Reads — a quarterly book club where stories take root, voices thrive, and community grows. Each quarter, we’ll gather to read, reflect, and act on works that celebrate Black and queer experiences — stories that challenge, heal, and inspire us toward collective liberation. Participants will explore themes of belonging, resilience, and advocacy, culminating in a virtual conversation with the author himself.
Our new digital wellness platform can inspire and motivate LGBTQ+ folks to improve their financial health and well-being.
