Step 1: Create a New Figma File or Use Existing File for scaling.

There are Three ways of Scaling an element In Figma:
1. Holding shift key and dragging the element.

Step 4: Drag the mouse by holding right mouse key.

Step 2: after that Press k to open Scale panel which is visible in Right side.
Step 3: change Value which is in terms of X. according to requirements eg:1x,2x.
