The Wipro NLTH (National Level Talent Hunt) is an annual recruitment initiative aimed at identifying and hiring fresh talent across India. This program focuses on engineering graduates and is designed to streamline the hiring process for Wipro.
The registration and exam dates for Wipro NLTH 2025 are yet to be announced.

Test Structure
The NLTH consists of multiple stages, including:
- Online Assessment: This is the first phase and typically includes:
- Aptitude Test: Evaluates numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning skills.
- Technical Test: Assesses knowledge in programming and technical concepts relevant to the IT industry.
- Interview Rounds (Based On Resume and latest technology): Candidates who qualify the online assessment are invited for technical and HR interviews, where they can showcase their skills and fit for the company culture.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet specific eligibility requirements, which generally include:
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc graduates from recognized Institutions .
- The percentage should be 60% or 6.0 CGPA above in all over education 10th, 12th, UG or PG.
- No Active Backlogs at the time of appearing for the Exam
- All Branches are allowed
- Overall Gap in Academic Career not to exceed 2 years
- Should Not participate in any Wipro recruitment last 6 months
