Uneecops Technologies came into our college for on-campus recruitment at the month end of March 2024 offering students an exciting opportunity to kick-start their careers in the field of data analytics.. The process held for about 15 days in the following three stages:
Position Offered:
Title: Trainee – Tableau + SQL Server
Job Location:
City: Noida

Schedule: General (5 Days Working)
Eligible Streams:
- Qualifications: B.Tech (CS & IT), MCA/M.Tech
- Experience/Certification: Experience or certification in Tableau or Data Analytics is mandatory.
Salary Package Details:
- Initial Stipend: 15,000 INR per month for the first 6 months
- Post-Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the training period, the salary package will be revised to a minimum CTC of 5.0 LPA (4.5 LPA fixed + 50,000 INR variable). Additionally, there is a 2-year service agreement.

Job Description and Desired Candidate Profile:
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Tableau
- Strong knowledge and experience in SQL Server
- Excellent communication skills
Round-1: Resume Shortlisting :
The first round involved shortlisting candidates based on their resumes. Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience or certification in Tableau or Data Analytics were selected to move forward in the process.
Round-2: Technical interview(35 minutes approx) :
Shortlisted candidates were then interviewed to assess their technical skills and knowledge, particularly in Tableau, Power BI and SQL Server. They asked the following questions –
- Tell me about yourself.
- Can you walk me through your project?
- Did you encounter any challenges while working on this project? How did you overcome them?
- Let's go over some basic SQL concepts. Can you explain the difference between a JOIN and a WHERE clause?
- Write a SQL query to find the maximum salary in each department from the 'Employees' table.
- Can you explain the difference between the DROP, DELETE, and TRUNCATE commands in SQL?
- Additional questions covered Object Oriented Programming (OOPs).
In this round, 10 students were shortlisted out of 30.
Round-3:Technical/HR interview(15 minutes):
The final round was an HR interview to evaluate the candidates' fit within the company culture, their communication skills, and other soft skills. We had this round on the same day. He asked the following questions –
- He introduced himself.
- Asked me to introduce myself.
- Are you a team working person or an individual working person?
- Why do you want to join Uneecops Technologies?
- Any questions for the interviewer?
This was the last round, and we got our results the same day. Finally, 5 students get selected, and unfortunately, I’m not one of them. Thank you gfg!!
Tips: Prepare well for Technical Round, and as per my experience interview was much easy to clear.
