LTI Mindtree Interview Experience

The process involves 3 rounds. The first round was Assessment, where technical skills and aptitude were tested along with a communication test. There was no coding round. If it is cleared then the candidate will be called for a Technical Interview, which is an elimination round. Then, HR interview will be there. Both interviews will be held virtually.

Technical Interview: Resume-Based Questions:

  • Self Introduction: Keep it clear and concise (around 2 minutes). Talk about your projects, achievements, and key skills. Be mindful of your resume content—only include skills and certifications you're confident about.
  • Project-Based Questions: Be prepared to discuss your projects in detail. Start by mentioning your role and the team size before diving into the tech stack and your contributions. Be specific about the technologies you've used
  • Skills-Based Questions: The interviewer may ask about your comfort language. Make sure you have enough knowledge of the languages and tools listed on your resume.
  • Questions for Them: At the end, ask insightful questions related to training opportunities or aspects of the role to show your eagerness to learn and grow.

  5. Language you are comfortable with? ( I said java)
  6. Inheritance with example
  7. Why java doesn't support multiple inheritance?

HR Interview: Situation-Based Questions:

Be ready to answer situation-based questions. Practicing the top 50 (or 100) common HR questions will help you handle unexpected questions during the interview
