The selection process at HCLTech comprises four rounds, all conducted virtually:
Round 1: Online Assessment
- Analytical Reasoning - 15 MCQ
- Critical Reasoning - 15 MCQ
- Quantitative Reasoning - 15 MCQ
- Verbal Reasoning - 10 MCQ
- Logical Reasoning - 15 MCQ
Round 2: Technical Round
- Merge Sort and Quick Sort - Algo and Other details
- I have to write bubble sort on Paper.
- Describe project.
- OOPs, Pillar.
Round 3: Technical Round
- Similar to Round 2.
Round 4: HR Round.
- Review my Semester Results.
I was rejected in the HR round because my GPA for two semesters was around 7-7.5.
