RECRUITMENT PROCESS

PREPLACEMENT TALK ( IN OFFLINE MODE)

TECHNICAL AND HR INTERVIEW (IN OFFLINE MODE)

ONLINE TEST

  • Online test was conducted on HirePro Platform (No negative marking).
  • Duration : 100 to 120 minutes (Audio and Video Proctored)
  • Test was divided into 4 sections :
  • Aptitude Section
  • Technical Section
  • Coding : 2 question
  • C / Cpp Section
  • Navigations between sections was NOT allowed. But navigation between questions was allowed.
  • All questions are mandatory.

Technical Round

  • Tell me about you self.
  • Explain all your projects.
  • Where do u see yourself in the next 5 years
  • Diff b/w structure and union.
  • Diff b/w pointer to array and array of pointers.
  • What is function pointer.
  • Diff b/w c and cpp.
  • What is 4 pillars of oops, , polymorphism, inheritance.
  • Diff b/w linear and binary search.
  • Quick sort implementation.
  • Diff b/w microcontroller and microprocessor.
  • Coding – print star pattern, find a substring in a string using pointer and with out pointer.
  • Puzzles – 3 room 3 switches, measure 4 liters etc.

HR Round

  • Tell me about your self.
  • Tell me about your family background.
  • Where do u see yourself in the next 5 years.
  • Tell me about your projects.
  • Which project was close to u and why?
  • What did you learn from your project?
  • What are your hobbies?
  • Are you ready to work in any location.
  • Did you encourage new ideas coming from your team mates?
  • Do you have any questions for me?

Suggestions

  • Be through with your basics in OOPS, CN and some basic def in COA.
  • Know all the technology being used in your project.
  • Keep a smile on your face.
  • Be confident and try to answer at least something related to the question being asked.
  • Never bluff the interviewer is smart enough to catch you..
  • Prepare one or two really good question that u can ask them.
  • Be natural in your HR round, don’t tell internet answer for HR question.
