In November 2023, I got the opportunity to interview for Summer Internship at Atlassian. Before the interview there were two rounds:
- Resume Shortlisting
- Online Assessment - HackerRank
The OA consisted of 4 problems: 2 of them were LC-Easy level, based on String, one was LC-Medium level Graph question, and the fourth one was LC-Hard level problem on Dynamic Programming.
There were two rounds of interviews:
- Technical Interview: The interview started with the interviewer introducing himself, after which I also gave a brief introduction. I was told about the flow of the interview. The interview was of 45 minutes. There was only one problem that I had to code. No other questions were asked in this round. The problem asked was a Medium level problem based on Dynamic Programming. The problem was the maximum number of jobs that can be done by a person given that every next job value must be greater than the value of the previous job done. I was able to solve the problem before the stipulated time. The interviewer was happy with my solution. At the end, I was asked if I had any questions about the company or anything.
- Management & Values (M$V) Round: In this round, I was asked questions based on previous experienced during projects or during any leadership position. How I approached to do things, how I planned everything, how I resolved any conflict, all such questions were asked. I was also asked about previous projects. At the end, again the interviewer asked if I had any questions for him.
