    パワーポイントについては同意。あとから見直してもわからない事が多々ある。情報を持ってい無いほど、理解できないPP資料が多い。背景を含めて文書で残っていると助かる。

    ただ、文章を残す習慣がないと記録せずに済ませてしまいそう。会社全体で取り組むのが理想だが、そうはならないだろうな。ISOを取得している会社でさえ出来ていない。

    会議を見直すことで業務を効率的にでき、仕組みを見直すこともできる。

    読んでみて思うのは、惰性でその場しのぎの仕事をしていなければ、ある意味で行き着ける領域でもあるかもしれない。ハウツー的な内容もあるが、そもそもこれに至った根本が伴わなければ長続きしない。

    トップメッセージは重要で、それを文化として根付かせる取り組みや仕組みが必要なんだと思う。

    最初の方は「ふーん」程度だったが、結局読了時には「まあ、一応」も含めて引いたハイライトはかなりの量になった。

    良い本だったし、ちょっとアマゾンを好きになりました。

    Amazon は 会議に資料などを使わずに 箇条書きで臨むということになっていますが、 これは一般的な日本の会社ではなかなか受け入れがたいかもしれません。 つまり 燃えている会社とそうでない会社があるということです。 そのため 私の今働いてる環境ではなかなか そのまま使えないなと思いました。 もちろん 本 自体に価値がないわけでありませんが、 いつか使いこなせる環境になった時に このノウハウを活用したいと思います。
