    論語を読むならば、この渋沢栄一先生の論語講義か、安岡正篤翁のいずれかの論語の本が最良だと思います。

    渋沢先生の論語は、あらゆる視点で一章ずつ解説され、全訳ですので当然有意義です。

    安岡正篤翁の各種論語の本は、深いところまで解説されていてかなり有意義です。

    活学として、つまり実生活に実践できるように書かれているのが、渋沢先生と安岡正篤翁の特徴でもあります。

    教え子達にも全員読んでほしい本の一つです。

    非常に高価で且つ旧漢字という事で敬遠しておりましたが、渋沢栄一という人物について知りたいという想いの深さと、昔から興味がある論語を勉強したいという想いに動かされて、思い切って購入。

    素晴らしい内容です。懸念してました旧漢字も、ネットで検索した旧漢字表片手に読んでましたらいつの間にかスラスラ読めるようになりました。慣れるもんですね。

    難解な論語も渋沢翁の解説でスッと理解出来、実体験から繰り出される言葉が五臓六腑に染み込みます。下手な学者の解説本は失礼ですが足元にも及びません。翁も度々仰ってますが、やはり実学に勝るものはないと思います。説得力が違います。

    会社の経営者や、トップの地位にある人のみならず万人がこの名著を読み、自己の修養に努める事を薦めます。

    追記　甥のプレゼント用に追加購入致しました。それぐらい素晴らしい本です。

    初版本を図書館で読んでいましたが　紙も薄く　裏の印刷が透けて見えたり

    落丁もあったり　苦労　不便していました

    本書は、二松学舎大学創立百周年記念事業の一環として復刻出版されたものです。

    正漢字正かなづかいで表記。ただし、ふりがなは新かなづかい。

    個人的にはふりがなも正かなづかいのほうがよかったのにと思う。

    単に記念事業として復刻するだけでなく、一般に渋沢論語を普及させたいという理念があるので

    分かり易い表記をということでしょうか。

    対照的に、講談社学術文庫版論語講義は新漢字新かなづかいです。

    巻末には孔子年譜が付記されています。

    索引があれば便利なのにと思いました。

    日本近代化の父と称される渋沢栄一翁の経営哲学の結晶にして、『論語』の解説書としても最高傑作と言い得る書です。『論語』好きには言うまでもなく、ビジネスリーダーとして活躍するかたにも必読の一冊でしょう。

    心では仁義道徳を無視しながら、世間体を取りつくろうために道徳的に振舞う経営者がいて、実質的には道徳と営利を分けていると、渋沢翁も仰っているのですが、それから80年以上を経た現在においても、その状況は変わっていません。というよりも、営利とは無縁の役人までもが、私利私欲にボケているという呆れるばかりの現状です。これは、企業理念というレベルの問題ではなく、社会理念そのものが歪んでいるのであって、それを修復する指針の一つが、この本に示されているのです。

    江戸末期に生まれて、明治、大正、昭和という時代の実業界のリーダーであった渋沢翁の言葉が、私たちが忘れてはならないものとを伝えています。旧漢字と旧仮名遣いの文語体で書かれているのが厄介ですが、中味の鮮度は失われてはいません。本物の社会理念、生活理念、そして経営理念を学ぼうとする人にとって必読書です。900ページを超えるボリュームですが、学ぼうとする者にとって無駄な箇所はありません。とは言っても高価ですから、竹内均氏が編訳されているものを読んでからでも良いと思います。
