    私はQCDの相転移に興味を持っている研究者だが、QCD相図に現れる「多重臨界点」の基本事項について書かれた数少ない和書であり、重宝した。また、動的くりこみ群まで含むこの主題の基本事項をバランスよく網羅した好著と考える。バランスの良さは、理論だけでなく関連する実験事実も豊富に紹介していることについても言える。
