    　特に１−４は学校怪談の古典的傑作として時代を乗り越えた怖さを持っています。

    　恐怖新聞の2編は番外編を謳っておりますが、普通に連載されていたエピソード。

    　有名な絵画に纏わる実話テイストの６と、凶悪な面相のポルターガイストと、有名怪談を思わせる展開の７、共に面白いです。

    　８はやや毛色違いで、絵もまだ子供向けで怖くない怪事件に挑む少年探偵物。

    　９は初めて読んだ時に唸らされた逃げ場の無い遠洋漁船を舞台としたホラー。

    　表題作の反響の高さにつのだ氏が恐怖物に方向性を変える発端となった傑作です。

    　本作以降のつのだ氏の実話風語り口が、身近な恐怖感を増し、その後の恐怖漫画の定番となりました。

    　私は１のお陰で暫くカーテンをしっかり閉めないと眠れず、２のお陰で弁当を一度箸で探ってからでないと食べられない癖が付きました。

    　今更ですが、ホラー･怪漫画ファンの方で未読の方には大いにお薦めです。

    オカルトブームに小中学生だった方にはドンピシャの良書です。昔ながらのコマ割も大きめで、活字も文庫用に考慮されているのか、文庫化のデメリットは少なく、読みやすいです。

    漫画の文庫は目が疲れるんだよな、と敬遠されている方にも、安心して読んでいたたけると思います。ぜひお手元に1冊。

    年齢ばれしちゃいますけど、これ読んだのは小３でした。

    そりゃもうトイレが怖くて怖くて、学校では行けませんでしたね。

    当時は木造の校舎でもちろんトイレもくみ取り式。

    鉄筋の新校舎もありましたが低学年はなぜか木造側でした。

    40年以上経って読み返してみました。

    あんまり怖くはなくて、こんなんが怖かったんですねー

    トイレのシーンとプールの溺死体とカエルの皮がずーっと頭にあったんですが、

    なんかトラウマが解消された気分です。

    懐かしかったです。

    40数年前、友達の家に置いてあったコミックを、遊びに行く度読ませてもらってました。脳裏にこびりついて離れない位に強烈に覚えてます。ともだち、虫、水がしたたる、手？だったかな。特にプールで溺れた女教師の腐乱死体や、ポットン便所に落ちて死んだ男子生徒の死体の描写･･･今でも忘れられません！

    昔読んだことがあり、懐かしくて購入しました。

    「亡霊学級」は当時怖かったですが、今読んでみるとありふれた話ばかりでさほど怖くありませんでした。

    それより、昔のコミックスにも勿論収録されていましたが、番外編(埋め合わせ?)の船が舞台になる吸血鬼の話「赤い海」がいちばん怖いです。

    不気味なラストが特に…。

    ほぼ「恐怖新聞」と時を同じくしてリリースされたつのだじろうの傑作短編集。

    トイレに落ちて地縛霊になる話や、虫を殺して祟りに遭い最後は虫になってしまう学生、戦時中の少女の浮遊霊の話など、どれも当時はゾクゾクとしてしまった傑作ストーリーが満載。

    「恐怖新聞」と合わせて読まれることをお薦めしたい。

    つのだじろうの作品はどれも背筋が寒くなるような作品ばかりですが、これは自分の中で「恐怖新聞」と並ぶくらい恐ろしい話です。子供の頃に田舎の祖母の家にこの漫画があったので行く度に読んでいました。祖母の家は今ではほとんど見られなくなったボットン便所だったので、そりゃあもう、夜中に便所に行きたくても漫画の内容が思い出されて半べそかきながら真っ暗な階段を降りて便所に行ったものです。でも読むのを止められなかったですねー。
