    今日本がどのような政策を取っているのか、過去からの流れも踏まえ、現状をざっくりと把握したいと思い、勉強の第一歩と考えこの本を手に取ってみた。しかし予想外に期待を裏切られた。政治に対する筆者の根本的な考え方を知り、政治とは、どこか自分と関係のない世界で行われているようでなかなか関心が湧かなかった自分を見透かされているように感じた。

    憲法の説明で死者の話が長い。

    伝統とは死んだ人に投票権を与えて、民主主義を過去に広げたようなもの。

    など、例えとしては分かりやすいのですが、話のメインに死者が出過ぎててクセが強い！

    死者を意識して良い行いができるのは性格の良い人だけじゃないかと思います。

    たしか池上彰さんは

    「憲法は権力から国民を守るもので、法律は国民が守らなくてはならないもの」

    的な説明をしていてそちらの方がわかりやすいです。

    内容に共感はできましたが、説明の仕方が哲学チックでクセでした！

    自分、周囲の人々、現代社会という身近なものについて政治学を解説した優れた入門書だと思います。「政治」というと権力がらみの偏った争いといった受取り方をされがちですが、決してそうではありません。生活することや生きることに政治が伴っていることがよく分かりたす。著者は入門書だからこそ多少むずかしいこともちゃんと書いているところが素晴らしいと思います。今わからない所は後からわかれば良いのです。中学生、高校生に是非読んで欲しい。世の中に興味を持つ子・孫にプレゼントしてあげてはいかがでしょうか。あるいは学校図書館にあって欲しいですね。結構ユニークな本ですから。
