NEW: House probe finds it is increasingly likely "a foreign adversary" is behind mysterious brain injuries to USG personnel at CIA, STATE and DOD.
Known as "Havana Syndrome" or "AHIs," an injured CIA officer tells me the March 2023 intelligence community report was a "betrayal" and "a cover up."
The 2023 ICA blamed hysteria, stress reaction and medical conditions for the symptoms.
Based on my reporting, hundreds of USG personnel face crippling brain and inner ear injuries without recognition, benefits and full treatment.

Did the eugenic globalist psychopaths win because of Trump's 2024 victory?
If you need any more proof that there's an agenda of depopulation, consider the fact that the same syndicate of intel agencies, media giants, and asset managers that push ESQ, DEI, and woke cultural toxicity also convinced millions of people that Trump winning is the equivalent to Hitler rising to power. And, in a Hitler-like fashion, they also helped start a movement where women voluntarily sterilized themselves. Globalist eugenicists everywhere no doubt celebrated Trump's win behind closed doors as they publicly fanned the flames of anti-Trump insanity that led scores of women, and men no doubt, to forever deny themselves the joy of having children. Someone needs to bring a class action lawsuit.

This is horrific. They experimented on prisoners without their consent, implanting chips in their bodies to modify their moods. Two Big takeaways from this.
1. This is actually legal but not right. Recall that the 13th amendment created a legalized form of slavery. Slavery is when a man is owned by another person. Experimenting with people without their consent is a form of slavery. "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, >>> except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted,<<< shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction". ~ 13th Amendment.
2. What assurances do we have that this technology isn't going to be mobilized against the American people in some ways that we can't guard against? How can the average taxpayer anticipate what's coming down the pike and petition their elected officials to ensure this technology doesn't become a threat?
In the year 2020 IBM put neural implants in U.S prisoners without their knowledge, reporting a great success in suppressing moods with 24/7 bio-surveillance. This was HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL but the documentation proving it was released via legal discovery in court.

Canada on Thursday announced a ban on 324 assault-style firearms in a continued effort for more stringent gun control.
Leaders in Canada also said that they are working with the government of Ukraine to see how the guns can be donated to support the fight against Russiaโs invasion of Ukraine.
โEvery bit of assistance we can offer to the Ukrainians is one step toward their victory,โ Defense Minister Bill Blair said.
The latest restriction, announced by Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc, also includes investments in border security in an effort to stop smuggling and trafficking, as well as strengthening firearms controls, and tougher penalties for gun traffickers.

Voters deliver a devastating verdict on Joe Biden's time in office, branding him the worst president in recent memory in our exclusive poll.
That means they see him as less impressive than Jimmy Carter, voted out after a single term for presiding over double-digit inflation and a botched effort to rescue American hostages in Iran.
And it makes him worse in voters' minds than Richard Nixon, forced to resign in one of the most devastating scandals to ever hit the White House.
Yet when 1006 registered voters were asked to rank the last nine presidents in order, from best to worst, Biden came at the very bottom of the table.
Some 44 percent placed him as one of the worst two, while only 14 percent placed him in the top two, giving him a net score of 30 points underwater.
That was worse than Nixon, who came out with negative 25, and Donald Trump, with negative 15.
James Johnson, cofounder of J.L. Partners which conducted the poll, called it a 'diabolical' result for Biden.

Senior White House officials are reportedly considering issuing retired Gen. Mark Milley a pre-emptive pardon over fears that President-elect Donald Trumpโs incoming administration will go after the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
The potential pardon for Milley, who was the nationโs highest-ranking military officer for part of Trumpโs first term, was reported by the Washington Post Thursday.
Milley, 66, faced intense scrutiny on Capitol Hill during President Bidenโs first year in office after journalist Bob Woodward revealed that the Pentagon official placed secret phone calls to a top Chinese official before the 2020 election and after the Jan. 6. 2021, riot at the US Capitol.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams, a Democrat who has taken a soft touch with President-elect Donald Trump, left open the possibility of switching to the Republican Party in a pair of Friday morning interviews.
Adams was a member of the GOP from 1995 through 2002, and was asked during an appearance on NY1 whether he would return to the party. He did not rule out the possibility.
โIโm a part of the American party,โ he said in response. โI love this country.โ
Asked to clarify his comments in a subsequent interview on PIX11, the big-city mayor again left open the question about his future political affiliation.
โNo matter what party Iโm on or vote on, Iโm going to push for American values,โ he said, arguing that officials need to move beyond parties altogether and work in concert to solve votersโ problems.

Experts at the Scripps Research in California took a strain of H5N1, the bird flu virus that infected cows and farm workers in Texas earlier in the year.
H5N1 is a strain of flu that originally was found in birds, but can infect livestock such as cows, as well as humans โ and has already killed people.
The experts, who describe their method in a study, added mutations to the Texas H5N1 strain to 'increase the virus's potential for human transmission', reports the Telegraph.
Deliberately adding mutations to the Texas H5N1 strain increased the virusโs ability to bind to human cells to 'near-pandemic levels'.
Dr Fillipa Lentzos, a biological threats researcher at King's College London, warned the study could 'give people ideas' of how to create a 'human-made pandemic'.
It follows a conclusion from the US House of Representatives committee that the Covid-19 virus probably did leak from a Chinese lab.
Wuhan โ where the virus was first detected โ is home to China's largest SARS research lab, the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).

During a House Oversight Committee hearing about the U.S. Census Thursday, Chairman James Comer revealed population is being overcounted in areas that benefit Democrats -- ultimately skewing representation in Congress.
โIn 2020, the Post-Enumeration Survey suggests that there were overcounts in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Delaware, Minnesota, Utah, and Ohio. And there were undercounts in Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Illinois," Comer said. โSix of the eight states benefiting from overcounts tended to favor Democrats in awarding congressional apportionment and electoral college votes."
โMeanwhile, five of the six states that were unfairly penalized by undercounts tended to vote for Republicans," he continued. โThese miscounts had an impact on representation. Small numbers of proportional differences in population between states can impact the apportionment calculation. In the 2020 apportionment, a difference of only 89 people was the tipping point for New York being apportioned 26 seats instead of 27."
Further, illegal aliens are counted as part of the Census, which fought to keep a question about citizenship off of the 2020 survey.

Federal law enforcement has been manipulating the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) system to gain access to Americansโ financial information without warrants or probable cause, the House Judiciary Committee said Friday.
The panel and its Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released its interim report, first obtained by Fox News Digital, which details its findings.
The committee said in the report that the FBI "has manipulated" the SAR's filing process to treat financial institutions "as de facto arms of law enforcement, issuing โrequestsโ without legal process, that amount to demands for information related to certain persons or activities it considers โsuspicious.'"
"With narrow exception, federal law does not permit law enforcement to inquire into financial institutionsโ customer information without some form of legal process," the report states. "The FBI circumvents this process by tipping off financial institutions to โsuspiciousโ individuals and encouraging these institutions to file a SAR โ which does not require any legal process โ and thereby provide federal law enforcement with access to confidential and highly sensitive information."
The committee said that, in doing so, the FBI "gets around the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act," which specifies that it is a bankโs responsibility to file a SAR whenever it identifies a "suspicious transaction relevant to a possible violation of law or regulation."
The committee acknowledged that "at least one financial institution requested legal process from the FBI for information it was seeking," but noted that "all too often the FBI appeared to receive no pushback."

Sergey Lavrov occupies an interesting space in the Russian story, often able to cut through noise in a way Putin's position doesn't allow him to.
His opening response to Tucker is Bicameral signal.
Lavrov is telling westerners that, while Russia effectively IS at war with the US, describing it as a hybrid war, he draws a subtle distinction between that and the America that has Russia's respect and admiration.
While anti-Russia propaganda entered the mainstream narrative circa 2016 with the advent of the Russia Collusion hoax against Trump, and while it no doubt accelerated during the 2022 panic pattern as Putin moved in to liberate the Donbas by Denazifying the Prussian Proxy state on his borders, Russia-US tensions have been seeded going back a century as the ultimate backdrop in what the Deep State has long seen as the ultimate prize in terms of a Great Reset trigger.
They wanted the last war to be Actual. The one we're getting is Narrative, and peace is going to be the winner.
