U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar repeated numerous lies about gender transition drugs and interventions during her Wednesday argument to have the Supreme Court strike down Tennesseeโs ban on the interventions.
Arguments made by the Biden administration and the ACLU have been thoroughly debunked by research into the safety and efficacy of child gender transition interventions.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) โ A pair of European satellites rocketed into orbit Thursday on the first mission to create artificial solar eclipses through fancy formation flying in space.
Each fake eclipse should last six hours once operations begin next year. Thatโs considerably longer than the few minutes of totality offered by a natural eclipse here on Earth, allowing for prolonged study of the sunโs corona, or outer atmosphere.
The launch took place from India.
โWe are a very happy science team hereโ in India, the European Space Agencyโs mission scientist Joe Zender said via email.
Billed as a tech demo, the two satellites will separate in a month or so and fly 492 feet (150 meters) apart once reaching their destination high above Earth, lining up with the sun so that one spacecraft casts a shadow on the other.

Iowa is suing the Biden administration over its alleged refusal to provide access to the citizenship status information of more than 2,000 registered voters whose status was questioned ahead of the 2024 election.
Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird and Secretary of State Paul Pate filed the lawsuit on Tuesday, which claims U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) "would not hand over" its "list of noncitizens illegally registered to vote in Iowa."
Federal authorities' "failure meant that the State had to rely on the best โ imperfect โ data it had available to ensure that no Iowanโs vote was canceled by an illegal, noncitizen vote," Pate and Bird said in a joint statement.
Along with USCIS, the lawsuit names the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as defendants.

BREAKING: UnitedHealthcare CEO assassin, seen unmasked in new photos, believed to have left a message on bullet casings
The gunman wanted in the broad daylight slaying of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson is seen smiling in new surveillance images released by the New York City Police Department on Thursday.
The unknown assassin's face is shown for the first time in the two new images the NYPD released as the manhunt continues for a second day.
"With these new photos, if indeed they are the shooter, it is now only a matter of time," Fox News crime analysis contributor Paul Mauro told Fox News Digital. "Facial recognition and other technologies have come a long way, and my understanding is that the police have been making progress on other fronts in this case. It is truer than ever that you canโt get away with murder these days. The detectives will get whoever is behind this, and soon."
New evidence also suggests that the suspect who killed Thompson on Wednesday may have left a message behind on the bullet casings at the scene.

The author of a book tied to the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson refused to address the killer's apparent tribute to his tome when contacted by DailyMail.com.
Author Jay M. Feinman responded 'no comment' when asked for his take on bullet casings left at the scene of Thompson's shooting outside Manhattan's Hilton Hotel on Wednesday, which were scrawled with 'depose', 'deny' and 'defend.'
The message is eerily similar to Feinman's 2010 book 'Delay, Deny, Defend', which details 'why insurance companies don't pay claims and what you can do about it.'
Critics allege the tactic is used by insurance companies to 'ensure your claim is either never paid or paid at a rate far below what you deserve'.
Health insurance boss Thompson, 50, was shot in the back and calf early on Wednesday by a masked man who fled on a bike, before the CEO succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
Feinman is a law professor at Rutgers University. It's unclear whether he had any personal impetus to write the book.
It explains how the health insurance industry routinely puts claimants off with bureaucratic tactics and, in the end, never end up paying out.
Police are yet to confirm the gunman's identity or motive.

๐ฅSenator Rick Scott says he's just had a great meeting with Pete Hegseth.
He says, "I'll tell you why I support him: I admire people who are willing to put on the uniform and lead troops into battle... When he goes into the Department of Defense, he will walk in with the mentality that he's going to take care of our warfighters. He's going to make sure that they have the right equipment and are not put in harm's way when they shouldn't be put in harm's way. He's not going to support forever wars. He's not going to support going into battle when we need to have a plan. That's why I think he's going to do a great job, and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure that he's confirmed as the Secretary of Defense. We all have to appreciate the people that are willing to put on the uniform and defend the freedom of this country."

Senator Tuberville asks about the safety of food coloring.
FDA Deputy Commissioner Jim Jones: "At FDA, we have not evaluated the safety of Red 40 in over a decade."
"Let me say this, Red 3 has been known to cause cancer in cosmetics, but we still allow it to be put in our food. I don't understand that."
Jones answers, "So, Red 3, we have a petition in front of us to revoke the authorization for it, and we are hopeful that within the next few weeks we will be acting on that petition, and a decision should be forthcoming."
Senator Tuberville then asks why it takes so long when, if we know it's deadly for anybody that ingests it, "how do we continue to just study that and not say, 'hey, enough's enough?'"

Thereโs been two assassination attempts on President Trump in the last 6 months.
Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe is currently yelling at a member of Congress, Rep Pat Fallon, during a hearing.
The Secret Service needs massive reformsโฆ
โ
Agreed. There has been zero meaningful accountability. Basic questions are still unanswered. Not a single member of our family (other than my father) has even been contacted by the upper floors. The good news is the agents themselves are as solid as it comes (most more pissed off than all of us) and I have no doubt, in time, it will all be rectified.

Oh FFS; narcissistic bint Annette Bening was in front of SCOTUS yesterday on behalf of transitioning minors because having a transgender child has made her so much more interesting. She actually said that. Out loud. It's extra creepy given said child is 32.
Then there's the part where I can't imagine the abuse the daughter experienced to decide that coming out as a gay man at 14 was her best option.
As an aside, do we know when Annette decided to morph into Hillary Clinton? I can't unsee/unhear the similarities.

MSNBC is worried that Kash will go after the media and use his ability to declass the truth as a "tool of propaganda."
So he would be declassing facts about Epstein, RussiaGate, and the crimes these people committed and they want us to believe it is all a lie but the selective leaks that Adam Schiff and his ilk brought about during RussiaGate as propaganda is ok?
It still sometimes boggles my mind how fake the news is.
These people have nothing to stand on.
The truth is a force of nature and it is coming.

๐จ๐จ๐จ ELECTION INTEGRITY UPDATE๐จ๐จ๐จ
Today, I questioned the Soon-to-be-Fired Director of the Census Bureau and pressed him over the important role the Census plays in election integrity.
Did the census skip over Trump homes like FEMA? During COVID in 2020, red states were open, and blue states were closed.
If there was any over counting, it should have been red states.

"Texas added 2 seats. In 2020, according to the census, we know there was a significant undercount, specifically on Texas for a combination of reasons, but we know that Texas added 4 million people. Of those 4 million people do you want to take a guess at how many were Anglos? 180k!!! That's it of 4 million! 95% of the people that were added, and we know when it comes to minority populations, they tend to be undercounted, so get this - we added 4 million people. They were people of color, Texas got 2 seats. So, they took those black and brown and Asian bodies and guess what, do you think we got a new black or brown or Asian seat? Somehow, the way they do their republican math in the state of Texas, that amounted to 2 new white seats!!!!! Guess what? White republican seats!!!... They love to use our bodies to approtion us in an inaccurate way."

The first election official convicted of a felony over 2020 election fraud claims is appealing an earlier contempt of court ruling in a related case.
Tina Peters, 68, is the former county clerk of Mesa County, Colorado. In August, she was convicted on seven counts of engaging in a security breach โ related to unauthorized access to voting machines. In October, after a marathon hearing in which the defendant repeatedly expressed defiance and stuck to her theories, she was sentenced to nine years in state prison for those felony offenses.
While sitting in the gallery during a February 2022 hearing for one of her alleged co-conspirators, Peters allegedly used an iPad to record some of the proceedings. In May 2023, she was found guilty of contempt for that decidedly lesser charge โ and fined $1,500.
In June, Peters appealed her contempt citation, with the state filing its reply brief the following month. This week, Petersโ attorney John Case appeared before a three-judge panel of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
