Tesla CEO Elon Musk enlisted the help of a Republican adviser to increase and guide his political involvement.

Chris Young, a seasoned Republican operative who served as the national field director for the Republican National Committee during the 2016 cycle, was selected to serve in the role on Wednesday, three people familiar with the matter told the New York Times. It was suggested he would serve as a “donor-adviser” to Musk, used to control and guide his political donations.

The move comes as Musk looks to shake up his new super PAC, America PAC, which is focusing on turning out the vote for Republicans. Initial efforts suffered from problems such as poor communication and a lack of coordination, according to the New York Times, resulting in it hiring a new group to manage operations.

Young’s hiring will help to continue the revamp, pushing through Musk’s aim to boost Republican turnout.

ABC News has declined to adopt Vice President Kamala Harris’ request to have wholly unmuted microphones during her Sept. 10 debate with former President Donald Trump — after days of wrangling over what Republicans viewed as Harris’ attempt to lay a trap for their nominee.

A network email reviewed by The Post lays out similar rules as those for Trump’s June 27 CNN debate against President Biden — including no audience, no pre-written notes or props and muted mics when a candidate is not speaking.

Trump and Harris will be standing on stage and will only be allowed to have a pen, a pad of paper and a bottle of water.

The Republican campaign had insisted the debate — set to be held at Philadelphia’s National Constitution Center — follow the same rules as the June showdown with Biden.

However, Harris’ team claimed on Monday that they wanted both candidate mics on for the entire 90-minute showdown.

College athletes in Montana are being offered cash to make endorsement videos for Sen. Jon Tester as he campaigns for one of the Democrats' most vulnerable seats of the 2024 cycle, according to emails shared with Fox News Digital.

A group called "Montana Together" recently sourced athletes at the University of Montana (UMT), offering payments in exchange for the promotion of Tester, according to the school's athletic director, Kent Haslam.

In July, the initial contact was made on behalf of "Montana Together" through a representative at Opendorce.com, a platform used as a marketplace for athletes to score Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals. NIL is a policy approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in 2021 that allows college athletes to monetize their content.

The group was offering student athletes a range of offers from $400 to $2,400 in exchange for a video "spreading the word" about the Democratic senator, a copy of the emails shared with Fox News Digital reveals.

😳There's an investigation underway in Tempe after a Wells Fargo employee died while on the job. A new timeline released by police suggests her body was there for four days before being discovered.

The body was found inside the Wells Fargo corporate office in Tempe. An associate who spoke with 12News anonymously said the situation is troubling.

If the polling releases this week haven't convinced you that polling is useless this cycle, nothing will.

There are Trump leads and deficits in every swing state, including Michigan, which I'm not bullish about thanks to all the corruption there, big leads in MSM polls in states more conservative polls have tighter, and the inverse.

None of it makes any sense at all. But what is for certain is that fake news can't get a big lead on paper for Harris even right after her convention.

The media made a big deal out of 200 Bush/McCain/Romney RINO bureaucrats endorsing Harris, when in reality their endorsements for Trump would have probably irritated the MAGA base.

Then, HR McMaster, of failed NSA infamy, came out and whined about Trump and how he wouldn't serve under Trump 47.

I say - THANK YOU for confirming none of you ever gave a damn about this country or anything other than extending the cocktail party another four years, and the wars into the indefinite future.
