Each product has its own AI usage limit. Your usage limit depends on which feature you are using and your Google AI plan. If you reach your plan’s limit, members of the Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra plans can purchase additional AI credits that can be used across Google Flow and Google Antigravity.

Eligibility

• To get a Google AI Pro membership, you need to sign in with your personal Google Account.
  • If you don't have a personal Google Account, you can create one. Learn how to create a Google Account.
• You must meet minimum age requirements.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use:
    • Auto browse in Gemini in Chrome
    • Gemini 3 Pro model in “AI Mode”
    • Gemini Deep Research
    • Gemini in Chrome
    • Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Vids, and more

  • You must be over 13 years old or the applicable age in your country to use:
    • Gemini app
    • Gemini capabilities in Google Earth

• You can’t sign up for a Google AI Pro plan if you’re a:

  • Current Google One member who subscribed through a third-party partner
  • Current Google One member who subscribed through Pixel Pass

You can choose between monthly or annual subscriptions for the Google AI Pro plan.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gemini app .
2. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Upgrade to Google AI Pro.
3. Review the membership details.
4. Tap Get offer.
5. To confirm, double-press the Side button.

2. At the top, tap Menu Membership plans Manage plan.
3. To review the benefits, scroll to "Google AI Pro."
4. Tap Get offer.

To unlock additional Gemini app features with AI Pro, subscribe to the plan in Google One:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to gemini.google.com.
2. At the top, tap Menu .
3. At the bottom, tap Upgrade to Gemini app in Google AI Pro.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Tip: When you subscribe to the plan, you’ll need to select or provide a form of payment. Learn how to manage your Google payment info.

Upgrade to Google AI Pro when you’ve previously subscribed to Google One from the Google app, Gmail, or Photos

To upgrade to Gemini Pro, subscribe to the membership in Google One:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gemini app .
2. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Upgrade to Pro.
3. Tap Upgrade.
   • This opens the app you’re subscribed from.
4. Review the membership details.
5. To confirm your purchase, double-press the Side button.
6. Tap Go to Gemini Pro.

Upgrade to Google AI Pro when you’ve previously subscribed to Google One from the Google app, Gmail, or Photos, but don’t have the app on your device

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gemini app .
2. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Upgrade to Pro.
3. Tap Upgrade.
   • This opens Apple settings.
4. Select the app you used to subscribe to Google One.
5. Tap See All Plans Google AI Pro (5 TB).
6. Review the membership details.
7. To confirm your purchase, double-press the Side button.

Upgrade to Google AI Pro when you’ve previously subscribed to Google One from the Google One or Google Drive app

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gemini app .
2. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Upgrade to Pro.
3. Go to Apple settings.
4. Select the app you used to subscribe to Google One.
5. Tap See All Plans Google AI Pro (5 TB).
6. Review the membership details.
7. To confirm your purchase, double-press the Side button.

Upgrade to Google AI Pro when you’ve previously subscribed to Google One through Google Play or mobile web

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gemini app .

Upgrade to Google AI Pro when you’ve previously subscribed to Google One through Google Fi, first-party products such as Play Pass, a third-party provider such as T-mobile, or a different Google Account

• If you’re subscribed to a Google One membership through Google Fi: You can manage your membership through the Google Fi app or the Google One website. Learn how to update your Google One plan & troubleshoot upgrade issues.
• If you’re subscribed to a Google One membership through a third-party provider: Unless it’s offered by your provider, Google AI Pro isn’t available for your membership.
• If you’re subscribed to a Google One membership through a different Google Account under the same Apple ID: You can manage your membership through the Google app you used to purchase the Google One plan. You can only link your Apple account to one Google Account. Learn how to update your Google One plan & troubleshoot upgrade issues.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google app .
2. At the top, tap Gemini .
3. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Upgrade to Google AI Pro Start trial.
   • If you already have a Google One subscription, tap Upgrade. This opens the app you originally subscribed to Google One from to complete the upgrade. On the payment screen, the other app will be listed.
4. To confirm your purchase, double-press the Side button.
5. Tap Go to Gemini app in Google AI Pro.

If you're brought to Apple settings

If you no longer have the app you subscribed to Google One through, you’ll be brought to your subscriptions in Apple settings. To upgrade in Apple settings:

1. Select the app you used to subscribe to Google One.
2. Tap See All Plans.
3. Select Google AI Pro (5 TB).

If you're brought to instructions to upgrade through Google One

If you subscribed to Google One through the web or on an Android device, you may not be able to upgrade to Gemini Pro on your iPhone or iPad. Learn how to upgrade on the Gemini web app.

To switch to a different Google One plan:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, sign in to Google One.
2. At the top right, tap Settings Change membership plan.
3. Choose your new plan.
   • To upgrade: Select a plan under "Upgrade options."
   • To downgrade: Select a plan under "Downgrade options."
     • If there’s no downgrade option, you're already on the lowest plan.
4. After you select your plan, confirm your new subscription.

Important: If you initially subscribed to Google One in the Apple store or in a Google app like Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Photos, you must switch to a different plan through Settings.

1. Open Settings Apple ID Subscriptions.
   • Choose Google One , Gmail , Google Drive , or Google Photos .
2. Tap See all plans.
3. Select your new plan.
4. Confirm your new subscription.

If you’ve previously subscribed to Google One from Google Drive

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gemini app .
2. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Settings.
3. Tap Manage Subscription.
   • This opens the web browser.
4. Tap Manage Subscription Google Drive See All Plans.
5. Select the membership you want.

If you’ve previously subscribed to Google AI Pro and want to manage your subscription

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gemini app .
2. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Settings.
3. Tap Manage Subscription.
   • This opens the web browser.
4. Select the membership you want.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to gemini.google.com.
2. At the bottom, tap Settings Manage subscription.
   • This opens Google One settings, where you can select a different plan.
3. Tap Change membership plan.
4. Under "Downgrade options," select a plan.
   • Confirm the new plan price and details.
5. Tap Next.
6. Select your payment method.
7. Tap Subscribe.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google app .
2. At the top, tap Gemini .
3. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Settings Manage subscription Manage subscription.
   • If you subscribed to Google One from a different app, this opens your subscriptions in Apple settings. Select the app you used to subscribe to Google One.
4. Tap See All Plans.
5. Select the plan you want.

You can cancel your plan in Google One settings.

In the Gemini web app

1. Go to gemini.google.com.
2. At the top, tap Menu Settings & help Manage subscription. This opens Google One settings, where you can cancel your plan.
3. Tap Cancel membership Cancel.

If you subscribed to Google One from the Google app, you can cancel your plan in the Google app.

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google app .
2. At the top, tap Gemini .
3. At the top, tap your Profile picture or Initial Settings Manage subscription.
   • This opens your subscriptions in Apple settings.
4. Select Google One.
5. Cancel your current plan.

When your AI Pro plan ends, you’ll no longer have access to:

• Gemini app in Pro. You won’t be able to:
  • Start new chats with Pro
  • Continue chats created with Pro
  • Use features that are only available on Pro
• These benefits from Google One:
  • Expanded storage across Drive, Gmail, and Photos
  • Direct support from Google experts
  • Exclusive member benefits
• Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and more
• YouTube Premium Lite individual plan

As of March 13, 2024, current Google One members through Fi Unlimited Premium can upgrade to the AI Pro Plan. Learn about Google One on the Unlimited Premium plan.

The YouTube Premium Lite individual plan included in this Google AI Pro bundle won’t activate if you already have a standalone YouTube Premium Lite or YouTube Premium subscription. Standalone YouTube Premium Lite or YouTube Premium subscriptions aren’t automatically canceled. You can manage your current YouTube subscriptions at any time.

If you’re a Google AI Pro member who’s:

• Not already subscribed to YouTube Premium or YouTube Premium Lite: Your YouTube Premium Lite plan features start automatically.
• Already subscribed to YouTube Premium or YouTube Premium Lite:
  • Your YouTube Premium paid subscription remains active.
  • If you choose to cancel your standalone YouTube Premium or YouTube Premium Lite subscription, the YouTube Premium Lite plan, included with Google AI Pro, automatically activates and you can start to use its benefits on YouTube.

Tip: You might already have a paid YouTube Premium or YouTube Premium Lite subscription if you have a paid:

• YouTube Premium add-on through Google One
• Subscription through YouTube
• Subscription with a third-party partner such as Verizon

Exclusions for YouTube Premium Lite bundle

• Google One trial membership:
  • The YouTube Premium Lite benefit is unavailable until the free trial of Google AI Pro or AI Pro Student concludes and you convert to a paid subscription.
• Sharing with family group:
  • The YouTube Premium Lite benefit is an individual plan and isn’t shareable.
  • While Google AI Pro storage and AI features are shareable with your family group, the YouTube Premium Lite benefit is only for the plan manager.
  • Your family group members won’t receive fewer ads or other YouTube Premium Lite benefits.

Restrictions for YouTube Premium Lite bundle

• Third-party partner restrictions:
  • If a third-party provider manages your paid Google AI Pro subscription, you automatically get the YouTube Premium Lite individual plan benefit.
  • For billing changes, you can contact your third-party provider.
  • You can’t upgrade to full YouTube Premium through your third-party provider.
• Age restrictions:
  • To use YouTube Premium Lite, you must be over 13 years old or the applicable age in your country. Learn more about YouTube access restrictions in Australia.
