Perindopril je dugotrajni ACE inhibitor. On se koristi za tretman visokog krvnog pritiska, zatajenja srca i koronarne arterijske bolesti[1] u obliku perindopril arginina (Coversyl, Coversum) ili perindopril erbumina (Aceon). Ova dva preparata su terapeutski ekvivalentna.[2]
