Enforce naming scheme for imported editcheck config files

Description

Longer edit check configs (e.g. British English text match check) are imported from their own file.

The allow us to better index and monitor these (e.g. for T422693), we should enforce a convention that they all named MediaWiki:Editcheck-config-<feature>.json.
