Summary

When a user loads a talk page after having recently been required to complete an AbuseFilter hCaptcha challenge, they should not have to complete two challenges to submit their DiscussionTools edit

Acceptance criteria

DiscussionTools sets wgConfirmEditForceShowCaptcha in the first edit attempt if the page load hCaptcha sitekey is the AbuseFilter always challenge sitekey
