Description

Repro steps: generate a share card with colorful background
Expected: Attribution logo colors should match that of the Wiki logo and article title so that they are legible
Actual: Colors sometimes are too close to the imputed average color background so they're hard to read T424591: [Share Highlights] Bug Bash

Since logo imgs are decorative elements from the point of view of accessibility contrast guidance, only by comparison before and after the fix, so the improvements could be noticed.
