When you visit a translatable message on translatewiki.net, there should be a direct link to translate that message via the Special:Translate interface.

Currently, the way to get to the Special:Translate interface when you are viewing a message directly is to first click edit, and then click the message group name in the box that appears above the edit box. This is unintuitive and cumbersome.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Easier direct access to the Special:Translate interface, which is superior to the legacy interface in most ways (has more features and tools available).
