MW bot is causing failures in betacluster runs. It is deprecated and needs removed.

  • upgrade to wdio-mediawiki 6.5
  • remove instances of mwbot

Hmm, my guess would be to ask Reader Growth Team, as they're the team listed at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Developers/Maintainers as the code-stewards of ext:Popups.
