Add label and monolingual language code sva

Description

This is a request per Help:Monolingual_text_languages#Getting_a_language_code_added:

Please add the language code "sva" to the list of language codes supported for monolingual text values. Svan (sva) language is used in Georgia by the Svan people.

  • Language code: "sva" (also IETF tag per Q34067#P305)
  • Language name in the language itself : ლუშნუ
  • Language name in English: Svan
  • Where and when the language was or is used: in use in the Svan Community, Georgia (see Wikipedia)
  • Item about the languoid: Q34067

I think the task can be closed now? The code sva works as monolingual code now, see https://www.wikidata.beta.wmcloud.org/wiki/Q526807?uselang=en , see (currently) last entry

Please enable labels in Wikidata in Svan language (sva). Currently, it works for monolingual values and lexemes, but it is also necessary for labels.

Submitted patch to add sva to the terms language list, which should enable label/description/alias support for Svan on Wikidata.

Svan (sva) has been added to the supported term languages for labels, descriptions, and aliases. The patch is merged.

When support for a language is newly added, can you please make sure it works for labels, descriptions, aliases, statements on wikidata; and captions and timedtext on commons?

Thanks for flagging. Wikidata label support was resolved with the first patch. I've now also submitted https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/operations/mediawiki-config/+/1277256 to add sva to wmgExtraLanguageNames for both Wikidata and Commons, which should cover captions and TimedText.
