X dependency is dangerous. How to escape the 'account ban = instant death' gamble and build a villa that makes high-ticket products sell like crazy
Yo!Guccihere.
Are you using social media?
It's free and has strong customer-attracting power, so isn't everyone using it?
Of course, I use it too, but I'm issuing a warning because if you get your exit strategy wrong, it'll be a disaster.
In this article, I'll talk about the traps lurking in free platforms and how to avoid them.
Just because you have a blue badge (you're paying for it) doesn't mean you're safe.
Chapter 1: X is 'someone else's garden.' Don't build your house there.

First, face the cruel reality.
The X account you're working so hard to grow.
That isnot yours.
It's just a 'rental space' you're borrowing from 'Elon Musk (the management).'
It doesn't matter if the rent (usage fee) is free or if you're paying for it.
If the landlord says 'get out tomorrow,' you're homeless in an instant.
1,000 followers? 10,000?
If you get account-banned, those numbers just become 'memories'.
You'll have zero means of contact (seriously). Even if you create a new account, if people think it's an 'impersonator,' you're done for. At worst, you could even get reported.
In business, there is nothing more dangerous thanhaving your 'customer list (contact info)' held by someone else.
You are currentlywalking a tightrope without a lifeline.
Chapter 2: Have a 'nuclear shelter' called an email newsletter
Free platforms are tied up and bound by their terms of service.
Moreover, on X, even if you arepaying (for Premium or Premium+),there is a relentless risk of account suspension.
It's scary because even people with Premium+ (6,080 yen per month!!) who are monetizing (even if they haven't violated the terms) can apparently get caught in collateral suspensions.
The same goes for LINE. There have been cases where accounts were frozen the moment they made business-related statements.
This isn't a sturdy ship; it's aleaky boat.
Do you really want to be 100% dependent on such an unstable platform?
At least I don't.
So, what should you do?
There is only one answer.Keep a 'customer list' in your own hands. That is an
email newsletter'.
You've probably received some kind of newsletter on your smartphone, right? That thing that comes via email. It keeps arriving unless you unsubscribe.
People often ask, 'What about Official LINE?' but that is also rented property.
I don't recommend it because you are restricted by LINE's rules.
If X is 'picking up people in a public square,' thenan email newsletter is a 'one-on-one private date.'
X and LINE (SNS): Flowing information that drifts away. Someone else's garden. You never know when it will disappear.
Email newsletter: Accumulated stock information. Your own castle. You can deliver letters directly to the other person's pocket (smartphone) without anyone getting in the way.
Even if X explodes, as long as you have your newsletter list, you can send a mass message saying, 'My X account was suspended, so I made a new one.'
With just this, the 'instant death risk of your business' becomes zero.
An email newsletter is the ultimate 'insurance' and 'nuclear shelter' to protect your business.
Chapter 3: Why do things that don't sell on X sell in an email newsletter?
This is where it gets interesting.
Try selling a '50,000 yen product' on X.
You'll end up being bashed as 'suspicious,' 'too expensive,' or 'annoying advertising.'
But it sells in a newsletter. Why?
Because the 'density of trust (education)' is on a different level.
The X timeline is a 'battlefield.'
In the midst of all the noise, you have no choice but to shout in short sentences (you can write long posts if you pay, but it's still uncertain if followers will see them buried in their feeds).
But an email newsletter is a 'quiet VIP room.'
Empathy for deep troubles: You can tell stories at length.
Presenting authority: You can systematically teach your professional knowledge.
Creating a sense of exclusivity: 'Exclusive to newsletter subscribers' offers can be made.
Invite people you gathered on X who are 'somewhat interested (prospects)' into the VIP room that is your newsletter, and have deep conversations there.
Because you build a relationship that way, high-ticket consulting or niche teaching materials that wouldn't sell on X will sell like hotcakes while being appreciated.
Conclusion: Gather on X, strike with a newsletter
Listen, I'm not saying you should quit X.
X is the strongest tool for 'attracting customers (awareness).' It's excellent for handing out flyers.
However, don't try to do 'sales (closing)' and 'turning followers into fans (repeat business)' on X alone.
'X (entrance) → Newsletter (exit/base of operations)'
Just by drawing this one flow, your business will change from a 'luck-based game' to 'stable management.'
The email newsletter service I use is MyASP.
If you're a beginner, I recommend the Beginner Plan. The Personal Plan above that is even safer (to get a bit technical, it's about whether or not you have a dedicated server).
How do you get people to sign up for your newsletter, you ask?
I'll list the simple 3 steps here.
Post a link to your newsletter (with a free gift) in your X profile.
Direct people by saying, 'I share deeper insights in my newsletter.'
Once you've built your list, you won't have to fear whatever happens to X.
Finally, I have a question for you.
Will you continue to be a gambler who bets their entire fortune on 'someone else's garden' that could disappear at any moment? Or will you become a smart owner who builds their own 'castle (list)' and remains unshaken no matter what storm comes?
Is it really okay for your business to have its collar held by a landlord?
I will provide bonuses to those who sign up through this note.
Lecture on how to use the newsletter stand
Teach you how to create registration bonuses to get people to sign up for your newsletter
I plan to include these two bonuses.
The method to claim them is as follows.
Once your contract is complete, send a DM to my X with a screenshot of the contract screen.
Just write 'Signed up after seeing your note' in the subject line.
I will reply as soon as I have confirmed it on my end.
I'm waiting for you to take action.
