Pictograms that cat lovers can't resist
Good evening, this is Tamagoya.
Today, I went to the Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts to see an exhibition.
(I would like to write a report on the exhibition later at my leisure.)
To get to the museum, I pass through a park area called "Tenshiba" (Tennoji Park), and I discovered something cute there!

A cat-person is riding a bicycle!

This is a sign for a trash can.
Pictograms are often seen in public facilities and the like.
But this is the first time I've seen a cat design!
Usually I would just walk past, but this drew me in before I knew it, haha.
The power of cats is truly formidable.
Design that moves people: the cat-person pictogram.
When I searched for "Tenshiba cat pictogram" on Google,
I found others who reacted just like I did.
By turning people into cat silhouettes,a sense of pleasant strangeness is created, and perhaps the pictograms that had blended into the city have started to attract attention again?
Good design moves people, as they say, and I was able to experience that firsthand today.
My heart was healed thanks to the cat-people, and it was wonderful.
There were also restroom signs and no-skateboarding signs, so
please try to find them when you visit Tenshiba.
Thank you for reading until the end!
