Tips for 'finishing' your writing that I learned from writing for Kindle, which are also useful for note.
Writing for Kindle requires at least 20,000 characters.
First, create a chapter outline, think about the structure, then write and edit.
Of course, it is fine to use AI for research and writing. When I get stuck, I ask Gemini for hints. I have it help me think about how to continue the text or ask it about my concerns regarding the chapter outline.
Whether it's note or Kindle, if you use AI as-is, people will notice immediately! Use it as a helpful assistant and make it your ally.
Come on, whether it's Kindle or note, if you don't finish writing it, you can't publish it, which means no one will read it.
I will introduce the tips I practice for finishing my writing in a format you can read right away.
1. First, just type in your ideas
This is my third Kindle book.
However, I still haven't gotten used to it enough to write smoothly and quickly.
Maybe that will still be the case even after I publish 10 books...
I create a sheet like this in Google Sheets and just keep typing in whatever comes to mind. This is the tab list for my third Kindle book sheet.

After all, if you keep information for one book scattered here and there,
you'll end up thinking, 'Huh? Where is it?' So, I paste tips for note and book links into one sheet, and summarize everything I need to see in one place!
If it's note, you can summarize them in the draft function or in a handwritten notebook.
First, build the habit of storing your ideas in one place.
2. Add meat to bulk it up, then trim it down
No, #what are you talking about.
I'm not talking about body shape, I'm talking about writing.
Kindle and note are the same; you can edit as much as you want later, so just write out everything you want to write for now.
It's common in Kindle to have finished the chapter outline and started writing, only to re-read it and think, 'Wait? I'm saying the same thing here and here...'
That is likely what you really want to convey.
Once you've written it out and bulked it up, give it a good, firm diet.
Good muscle = text that clearly conveys what you want to sayEdit it into that.
If you get stuck, ask AI, 'Point out the unnatural parts and what's missing!', and it will tell you.
3. When you can't write, take a break first
Kindle and note are both like this.
There are days when the writing just doesn't progress at all.
I also find that if I don't write my Kindle books with momentum, I immediately start thinking, 'Wait, what was I trying to say...?', so I really value those waves.
Even if you take a break, what you have written will not disappear.
It is okay; take a little break, enjoy your daily life, and the time will come when you can open your browser again.

Also, if you make it possible to continue writing on various devices such as smartphones, PCs, and tablets, your writing will progress, even if it is at a snail's pace.
You can suddenly do some Kindle writing during your lunch break.
And for some reason, you notice typos, omissions, and misconversions more easily on a different device...
To 'finish' writing, you just need a little ingenuity and rhythm.
Well then, I have arrived at my nearest station.
I have a little more to go, too. Both my note and Kindle are growing properly.
Thank you for joining me again today.
