Production Behind-the-Scenes | The story of how I'm so bad at naming things that the protagonist became trash
A cat I used to have.
Its name was Cat.
Since there was only one of them, that symbol for distinction was enough.
I called it Cat, Nyanko, or Nyanko-san. It was a Chinchilla Golden, so fluffy🐈
Because of that, coming up with character names and place names is exhausting...
For the main character, I wanted to value the meaning, so I used Google-sensei to translate words like 'peace' into various languages, but...
I couldn't find anything that really clicked...
Just as I was thinking that, it suddenly occurred to me,
Japan has the Ainu language!
So I looked into various things and combined ones with good meanings and sounds.
But since it was AI-researched, some of it might be suspicious...
I translated 'peace' and it came out as 'Mun', so I used it, but the other day, when I translated 'Mun',
Grass.
Weeds lol
Trash......
Peaceful fortress => Munchasi, Fortress => Chasi. (Peaceful fortress) - (Fortress) = (Peace) = Mun. I wonder if that's the logic.
There's no turning back now! They're the protagonist!
If the name changes secretly, that's what it means.
For the rest, I wanted a mysterious sense of unity, so
I decided to take personal names from food and place names from scholars.
It's a hassle, and I want to proceed without naming things as much as possible...
Special moves and magic names are impossible for me.
I want to give them chuunibyou-style names, though~.
These are the main character names (based on AI research from around March)
Utari Iwanke
Companion / Energetic
Ikoro Ureshipa
Treasure / To raise each other
Iomapu Kuutarich (Kuutarihi)
To cherish everything around you / My companion
Rapora (Raporapo) Kanto
Flapping wings / Great sky
Hopuni Rametuku (Rametoku)
To stand up / Brave
Pirika Pokunamoshiri
Beauty / Underworld
Kiyai Inankuru
Light / Happiness
Irenka Moon (Mun)
Hope / Trash Peace
I have reasons for giving each of them their names (°∀°)
What about the title?
I love a book by Salman Khan called
"The One World Schoolhouse"
.
From that, I thought about making it
"The World is One [Blank]" but
I couldn't think of anything right away
Thinking I'd figure it out later,
I was working with "The World is One World (Tentative)" when
the AI consultant (already fired) I was consulting with about SNS management said...
・If it has (tentative) attached, it looks unfinished
・Delete it
They keep saying that, so
while thinking 'It IS unfinished!',
I removed (tentative) and went for a surreal vibe.
If people overthink it and
assume there's some hidden meaning on their own, that'd be great!

I've been peeking in on articles where a GPT from my hometown is active,
and I discovered something good there.
I've always thought,
if only the character names are moving,
it's hard for first-time readers to understand,
which means it's hard to read from the middle onwards.

I'll paste it into past stories right away.
I'm gonna steal whatever I can steal!
Then the number of readers will increase!
Pressing Close won't actually close it.
Line up the characters appearing in each chapter,
and maybe turn characters who haven't appeared yet into shadows with a '?'
Nice (°∀°)
The more I read other people's articles, the more I power up 😼

Generate a battle scene incorporating "with both hands in an overhand-underhand grip".

It's a gag manga, huh
A scene I've been through trial and error with over and over since the early days.
I really want to add explosion effects to this too.
I wonder if it'll pass the sensitive content filter...
