July 2018, Kobe Electric Railway Sanda Line, Dojo-minamiguchi Station
De 1070 series 1075 + De 1100 series 1113F
This consist was a 4-car train made up of a 2-door 3-car fixed set plus a 3-door double-ended car for additional capacity, and
it was the last consist on the Kobe Electric Railway to feature a mix of 2-door and 3-door cars.

The lead car on the Arima/Sanda side is De 1070 series car 1075.

The De 1070 series are double-ended cars used for additional capacity, with 6 units built between 1974 and 1976.
Car 1075 was completed on April 3, 1975.

While standard 3-door cars have a layout with 3 windows between the doors, the double-ended De 1070 series cars have a layout with 2 windows between the doors.

In August 2004, modification work was carried out, including the automation of the train type and destination indicators, the addition of side indicators, the conversion of the passenger window next to the Arima-side crew door into an H-rubber fixed window, air conditioning installation, and one-man operation conversion.
At the same time, it was fixed into a 4-car set with the 1113F (3-car set), and semi-permanent couplers were installed, some equipment in the Shinkaichi-side driver's cab was removed, and the headlights were sealed off.

This is De 1100 series car 1113.
When it was converted to a 4-car set, in addition to the headlights being sealed off, the pantograph was removed.

The De 1100 series and Sa 1200 series, which debuted in 1969, were 2-door cars in 3-car sets consisting of De 1100 + Sa 1200 + De 1100, and 13 of these 3-car sets were introduced by 1972.

This is the intermediate trailer car, Sa 1200 series car 1207.

The 1113F was completed on November 26, 1970, and was retrofitted with air conditioning on June 12, 1987.

The change from the mountain-shaped livery to the straight-line livery took place in April 2009.

This is the De 1100 series car 1114, the leading car for the Shinkaichi direction.

Unlike car 1113, car 1114 still has its pantograph intact.

Unfortunately, the 1075+1113F was withdrawn from service following the timetable revision on March 14, 2020.
It was scrapped on March 16, 2020.
