#68: Deep Inside the Fog
==============================
Good morning.
A little while ago,
"Hey, what do you think this 'moya-moya' (hazy feeling) is?"
when I was asked this,
I thought 'moya-moya'
was a great word.
Thanks to that word,
that person
was able to bring out
the things inside their heart that couldn't be put into words.
A hazy feeling usually
arises because of
something happening right in front of you.
It is a chemical reaction between
what is happening now and past events.
When the fog appears,
your vision gets blurry.
At this point,
if you examine the fog,
emotions like anger usually emerge.
Like 'I'm pissed off!!' or 'I'm so angry!!'
First, it is important to
feel it fully,
put it into voice or writing,
and 'let it out'.
But,
if you stay in the anger,
you tend to either lash out at the other person
or hold it in.
In the end,
that tends to remain undigested.
Anger is directed 'outward'.
So, what should you do?
Dive one level deeper
and touch the 'pain'.
Pain is something that exists 'inside' you.
Only by touching that
can you treat it as your own.
'It hurt, didn't it?'
'That was unpleasant, wasn't it?'
Look at the wound properly.
And once you have calmed down,
'So, what do you want to do from here?'
'What are you going to do?'
ask yourself.
At that moment,
the fog clears a little.
And you can walk
the path from there once again.
Deep inside the hazy feeling, there was pain.
See you again♡
