Episode 3 | A Fateful Encounter with Larimar

There are encounters in life that cannot be explained in words.

That is what Larimar was for me.

I still remember clearly the day I first saw that stone.

A clear, blue color.

The white patterns overlapped like waves, a beauty that seemed to capture the very scenery of the Caribbean Sea.

"How beautiful."

Even though I only thought that, my heart strangely calmed down, and I found myself unable to look away.

I wasn't particularly knowledgeable about natural stones until then.

Even so, there was a sense of nostalgia in that stone that made it feel like we hadn't just met for the first time, and I even had the feeling that I had finally found it.

I learned later that Larimar is known as one of the world's three great healing stones.

It is said to symbolize "love and peace," and it is a natural stone cherished by many for its gentle impression.

When I learned that, I remembered the sense of security and warmth I felt that day, and it strangely made sense, as if to say, "That might be why I was so drawn to it."

Of course, how one feels about it is different for everyone.

But for me, Larimar was not just a beautiful natural stone.

It became a special presence that would calm my heart during busy days and gently stay by my side when I was lost.

And before I knew it, this feeling had sprouted.

"I want to share this beauty with someone."

That might have been the first small step that led to the form of accessories.

If I hadn't met Larimar that day, this brand would not have been born.

And even when I reached a turning point in my life, I kept thinking back to my encounter with Larimar.

During the time when I had no choice but to stop, I began to wonder, "What meaning did all the events up until now have?"

The answer did not come immediately.

Even so, every time I looked back on each event, I had the feeling that things that were once separate dots were gradually connecting into a line.

As if I were being gently guided by an invisible flow.

Of course, I don't know if it was truly guidance.

But for me, it was a flow that felt natural enough to think so.

Looking back now, I think my encounter with Larimar was the beginning of the Aqua Luna brand and a precious encounter that opened the door to a new life.
