― The Day a Wish Came True ―
The other day,
I went to see professional wrestling for the first time in my life.
The venue was
Korakuen Hall,
often called the sacred ground of pro-wrestling.

Actually,
it has been over 10 years
since I first became interested in pro-wrestling.
While watching it on TV
or watching videos,
I always thought, "I'd love to see it live someday."
But,
I didn't know the rules well,
and it felt like a high hurdle
to go by myself.
So, I always thought
it would be nice to go with someone
who loves pro-wrestling.

Before I knew it, 10 years had passed.
It felt like a long time,
yet also like it happened in the blink of an eye.
And this time,
that wish finally came true.
Thinking about it now,
the fact that I finally found someone after searching for over 10 years
is almost like a miracle (lol).

From the moment I entered the venue,
I was looking around constantly.
The ring.
The lighting.
The wrestlers' posters.
The excitement of the crowd.
Everything looked fresh,
and even before the match started,
I couldn't stop feeling excited.

And when the match started,
I was surprised by the intensity of the wrestlers.
The sound of the moves landing,
the cheers from the entire venue.
There was an atmosphere that you just can't get from watching on TV.

But,
what I enjoyed most
wasn't just the match itself.
"This wrestler is..."
"This move is amazing, you know."
It was being able to watch while hearing things like that.
When I watched while having things I didn't understand explained to me,
even as a beginner,
I enjoyed it many times more.

And before I knew it,
I was excited the whole time (lol).
The time spent heading to the venue.
The breaks between matches.
The way home.
Everything was fun.
I realized once again
that being able to share what you love is a wonderful thing.

Since I started looking for hobbies,
I have been valuing the idea of "if you're interested, just try it."
This pro-wrestling match was
exactly one of those things.
Something I had been curious about for a long time.
Something I had wanted to try someday.
A day where that finally came true.
