For those who struggle to keep writing - I'm planning a 30-day 'question list' bonus
"I hear that keeping a notebook is good, but I don't know what to write."
I often hear that.
Even though you have the desire to write, when you actually open the notebook, your pen stops.
The blank space somehow feels like pressure, and you end up closing it again—.
But, just by having a 'prompt,' you'll find yourself able to write naturally.
I'm planning a 30-day 'Just Write Habit Calendar'
In the Kindle book I am currently writing,
'For Working Moms Worried About Whether Things Are Fine As They Are: A Note-Taking Method to Live Like Yourself Just by Writing,'
I plan to includea 30-day 'Just Write Question List' PDFas a reader bonus.
While revising the main text, I've been coming up with the question list whenever my head feels like it's going to explode.
The questions are something like this
Day 1: If you could say one thing to yourself today, what would it be?
Day 5: What is something in your current life that you think, 'I don't want to let go of this'?
Day 8: What is something that has irritated you recently?
Day 16: What was a moment when your heart felt suddenly lighter?
Day 25: What is something you feel like you 'don't want to do'?
The questions have a theme for each week, and I am thinking of making them content that helps you organize your heart.
It's okay if you're not good at writing
It's okay not to write beautifully. Even just one line is fine.
What's important is'taking time to organize your current self'.
As I answered these questions little by little myself,
I found that my heart felt more at ease, and I became more aware of my true feelings.
I plan to deliver these 30 questions as a reader bonus via PDF or similar.
The book is currently being edited in earnest
The main text is being revised. I've introduced the episodes where I received many corrections during proofreading here.
I want to make this 'Note-taking method to organize yourself by writing'
into a form that even busy moms can pick up.
I will post updates on the Kindle book's progress from time to time.
Thank you for reading this far.
May your day be a wonderful one.
