I stopped posting daily and realized I had developed a writing habit
I stopped posting daily on note on July 2nd.
The reason is that I found other things I wanted to focus on.
I was very hesitant before I stopped posting.
“What if I stop posting daily and lose my writing habit?”
That anxiety was always in the back of my mind.
But after a few days, I realized something.
The fear that I would lose my writing habit was completely unfounded.
I became convinced that I had developed a writing habit
What I realized after stopping daily posts is that I have already developed a writing habit.
Since July 2nd, when I stopped posting daily, I have continued to set aside time to write every day.
For example, in the morning, I write down what I want to do in a paper notebook.
If something is on my mind, I make a note of it immediately.
At night, I write a reflection of the day in my diary.
I was writing not for note, but to organize my mind and body.
Even if I stop posting daily, the progress I've made won't disappear
“If I stop posting daily, won't all my efforts go to waste?”
I thought so, but I was wrong.
The ability to find topics.
The ability to organize thoughts into writing.
The ability to face the act of writing.
The accumulation of daily posts did not suddenly disappear.
This is something I only realized because I tried stopping my daily note posts.
When I think about it, it's obvious, but I had become so obsessed with continuing every day that my perspective had narrowed.
Summary
