Meeting the Wisteria at Kameido Tenjin for the Third Time.

Kameido Tenjin is lovely during the plum blossom season, but it is famous as a spot for wisteria.

The spring before last, my husband wanted to see the wisteria at Kameido Tenjin, so he apparently went to see it with a friend.

Unfortunately, it was too late in the season at that time, and he couldn't see them.

Last year, my husband invited me to Kameido Tenjin to get his revenge.
I think it was barely the last day of the Wisteria Festival, but the flowers were past their peak, or rather, there were almost no wisteria flowers left.

To fulfill my husband's wish, who muttered, "Next year for sure...", I checked the blooming status of the wisteria at Kameido Tenjin on X every day this year, and we finally decided to go today.

Although it was a bit cloudy, it was neither too hot nor too cold, so walking from Kinshicho Station was not a struggle.

As for the star of the show, the wisteria flowers,
"I wonder if it's still a little early..."
I thought, but they were blooming enough to be fully satisfying.

The sweet scent of wisteria flowers drifted from the wisteria trellis, and
"Ah, we really came to see them,"
I felt a gradual sense of happiness.

My husband, who finally had his long-held wish fulfilled, also looked happy.

"This is what I wanted to see!"
he said, happily taking pictures.

If you really want to see them in full bloom, it might be better to go a little later, but by then, the number of people will likely have increased even more.

There were a lot of people today too, but it wasn't too crowded, we didn't have to wait long to pray, and it was quite easy to take pictures.

So, for us, it was good that we could go today.

My husband, who has had some stressful things happen recently, also seemed to be refreshed by seeing the beautiful wisteria flowers, the azaleas and egret orchids in the shrine grounds, and the double-flowered cherry blossoms in the park.

Being healed by seasonal flowers is truly a happy thing.
