[Declaration] To make Japan a place where children naturally experience and embody the TO BE thinking of the pure life diary

I am not good at being in places where strangers gather. Especially when our ages and what we do are different.
That is why I am looking at the group photo, in which I also appear, with a somewhat strange feeling.

I went to Tokyo the other day to participate in a sports day hosted by a company called "Tiger Mov," which provides practical learning opportunities through cross-border experiences for the next generation of leaders who will carry the future.

Since I participated in the Finland program hosted by Tiger Mov in the summer of 2023 and had an irreplaceable experience that gave me stimulation, pain, and realizations, the group LINE still occasionally moves, and we each contact each other individually to meet up.

Hearing that the people who took care of us during the program were also coming to Japan from Finland, I decided to participate in this sports day because of my pure desire to go see them and my wish to have an opportunity to interact with students.

Since my experience in Finland, I have realized that"the balance between stimulation and peace is important" and "it is because there is stimulation that one can notice important things,"so I have beenintentionally placing myself in "places I am not good at" from time to time, and this time was exactly that.

The feeling of "I want to go!" was real, but I pressed the join button while also holding the feeling of "A sports day with people I'm meeting for the first time? I'm nervous lol."

(Looking only at the photo, people might think "Oh, she's an extrovert," but actually, there is this background to it.)

Starting with radio calisthenics!

The lineup consisted of past program participants and acquaintances calling other acquaintances, with ages ranging from junior high school students to working adults.
Furthermore, Finnish high school students joined in, and it was nothing but chaos lol.

They were all pure and wonderful people ^^

The sports day was a team competition, and we spent half a day challenging various events!

It was a hassle to communicate within the team while enjoying the program in a limited time, and I let my shyness take over so I couldn't talk much, but the space where we just enjoyed the moment while aiming for one goal of "Let's win!" was, communication that transcended language,I think.

I was on the red team. The picture is just me chasing everyone from behind. Zero combat power lol.

Simply put, it was fun.

The nostalgic ball toss game! Sometimes the simplest things are the most fun.

A huddle before the long rope jumping.

Unfortunately, we lost twice in a row, which was frustrating.

In the final relay race, thanks to everyone's hard work, we took first place and achieved a dramatic overall victory!!

A circle of high-fives formed naturally among everyone, and I, too, felt my heart race as I joined the circle to share the moment, enjoying a refreshing experience.

I believe it was precisely because I was with all of you, whom I could only have met at this specific time, that I was able to gain such fun memories and a little bit of muscle soreness.

I am grateful to the organizers, Tiger Mob (Taimob), the planning staff, and everyone who came all the way from Finland.

・Talking one-on-one is what I like best and what I am best at.
・I want to ask questions, but when I'm in a group, I feel self-conscious about various things and find it difficult to speak up.
・Even though I am shy, I have always liked, and still like, having fun with everyone at events.

And so on. I was able to reaffirm my own tendencies.

The balance between stimulation and peace is important. It is because there is stimulation that I can notice what is important. That is why I occasionally choose to intentionally dive into things I am not good at.

I want to continue to cherish this way of thinking.

With the kind-hearted members

Another thing that was good about going out to seek stimulation was that it gave a boost to what I want to achieve in the future.

What everyone is holding in the group photo above is the planner I co-developed, "pure life diary". Actually, I provided it as a prize for the winning team of this sports day and presented it as a surprise on the day.

Honestly, I was very anxious.

I had all sorts of thoughts swirling in my head—wondering if today's young people, being digital natives, wouldn't be interested in a planner, or if they would be troubled by being handed a planner made by someone they just met. So, seeing them open it up right away, flip through the pages, and say, 'I'm so happy!', 'This is amazing!', and 'I don't have to buy a planner for next year!' filled me with a warm, glowing feeling.

I was also given the time, though I felt unworthy, to briefly talk as a developer about what kind of presence I hope people will enjoy the pure life diary as. I am grateful.

Thank you so much, too!!

From days spent checking off TO DO lists to a year of fulfilling yourself through TO BE.

Without being swayed by the tasks in front of you, expectations from those around you, or information from social media and the internet, you can live by your TO BE by facing your feelings and taking stock of what you truly value and what is truly a good use of time for you.

That happens naturally, little by little, without force. You can become kinder to yourself.

This planner is not a Spartan coach that manages you strictly, but a companion that helps you achieve the self you want to be while cherishing your feelings.

Four years after its release, with the number of people picking it up every year continuing to grow, what I want to plant a new flag for and work on is incorporating the pure life diary method into education. I want to create places and opportunities for students to naturally and routinely face 'knowing themselves,' 'making their own choices,' and 'continuing to value their TO BE.'

Job hunting, where the wall of self-analysis stands in the way, as well as choosing a university or high school before that, making choices about club activities or part-time jobs, deciding what the purpose of studying is, and who to interact with.
Even children face situations many times where they must choose between TO DO and TO BE.

Therefore, without diminishing the agency they already possess, they can make their own decisions while following their own values. In doing so, they can face the nuances of their own emotions. They can understand the temperament (character) they were born with. They can learn in advance how the brain and heart work so they know how to deal with the worries and confusion that may arise in the future.I truly believe it is better to know, experience, and practice this from childhood rather than after becoming an adult.

I wish I could have used the pure life diary when I was a student, and I think, introversion and extroversion—I wish I had been taught about that when I was in elementary school!

Of course, as a company, we want to create and deliver a pure life diary for job seekers and middle/high school students, and we have decided to do so, but as a personal goal, I have decided to deliver the pure life diary method to elementary school students nationwide and incorporate it into compulsory education.

Reference) Initiatives for university students to date

That said, I don't know the methods, and I am ignorant of many things regarding the challenges children and education face. There is still a need to face these issues squarely and refine what it is that we, and only we, can truly do that is important.

I have not yet reached a level of granularity where I can speak with a sense of reality about what kind of problems will be solved and how the world will change by incorporating this into compulsory education.

Even so, I am going to start running anyway.

Therefore, I have a request.

1. I want to increase the resolution of education itself, so I would like to hear from those involved in education about the industry and the challenges you personally feel. Also, if you know of any such events or communities, please let me know.

2. If anyone comes to mind who might be a good match for this person or organization, please provide me with that information.

3. I also welcome contact from those who say, 'I want to try using the pure life diary,' 'I want students to use it,' or 'I want to hear about the pure life diary.'

I cannot achieve this alone, nor can our company alone.

I would like to move toward realization with the help of many people, soI would be very happy if those who resonate with this vision and can cooperate would contact me.
