I am compiling my honest impressions of what I have eaten for future reference💡
A crunchy chocolate that evokes a "Sachertorte," with the vibrant acidity of dried apricots spreading through moderately bitter chocolate.
It is a treat where the rich flavor matches the light texture of fragrant feuilletine.
I felt more acidity than I expected, and the apricot flavor is quite assertive. There is also a good amount of dried fruit in it.
The flavor comes through afterward, and it leaves a lingering aftertaste!
It was quite different from what I imagined if I were thinking of Disney-style chocolate crunch.
I think it has more of a crispy texture due to the fine puffs.
They are quite large, so one is satisfying enough, which is great!
I would like to buy this again as a souvenir.
