Solve your note writer's block with "Claude Cowork"!
"I want to keep writing notes, but I don't know what to write."
The wall that towers high in front of creators is writer's block.
You have the motivation to write.
But no ideas come to mind.
And before you know it, your updates have stalled....
I'm sure many of you have had that experience.
The solution to this "I can't come up with ideas" problem is Claude Cowork.
In this article, I will explain the process of using Claude Cowork to dig up note content themes from your own experiences and then expand those written articles to social media.
\Stop writer's block with Claude Cowork/
Why does writer's block happen?

Did you know that the true nature of writer's block is not actually "having no ideas"?
In fact, in many cases, the cause is not being able to recognize the experiences within yourself as content.
・Insights gained from daily work
・Questions received from customers
・Things you struggled with and overcame in the past
These are all treasure troves of content, but because they are "obvious" to you, you don't realize they are valuable topics.
That is why, if you have someone who can inventory your experiences from the outside, your ideas will increase all at once.
The idea behind this article is to entrust that role to AI (Claude Cowork).
How Claude Cowork is different from "ordinary AI"

You might think, "Wouldn't ChatGPT be fine for that?"
Certainly, you can ask a chat AI to "give me 10 note ideas."
However, if you do that, only general ideas will come out. They tend to be common themes that anyone could write about.
But with Claude Cowork, you can read files in your computer's folders.
If you put your daily notes, past experiences, and work records into a folder and hand it over, it will suggest "topics rooted in your real-life experiences that only you can write about."
What's more, it can even create an article from the suggested topics and handle the output and saving of the file for you.

3 steps to dig up topics with Claude Cowork

Step 1: Collect materials in a folder
First, gather everything that could serve as material for your content into a single folder (it's safer to use alphanumeric characters for the folder name, e.g., note_idea).
Things you should include are:
Daily observation notes and rough idea journals
Records of questions and consultations received at work
Articles and posts you have written so far
Notes on your background and experiences you have overcome
It doesn't need to be perfectly organized. Claude Cowork can decipher even fragmented notes.
Step 2: Have it identify topics
Switch to the "Cowork" tab in the Claude app, load the folder, and give the following instructions:
Read the notes and past articles in this folder and suggest 20 content themes I could write about on note.
・Please make them specific themes rooted in my real-life experiences
・For each, please add a brief note on the target audience and "what the reader will gain"
・Please list them in order starting with the ones I can write about immediately
Then, instead of generalities, a list of themes derived from your own materials will appear. You will be surprised at how much you actually have to write about.
Step 3: Have it create an outline as well
Once you find a theme that interests you, you can ask it to create the framework for the article right then and there.
Please create an outline for a note article based on the theme 'XX' within this.
・Make the flow of headings such that readers will want to read until the end.
・Please also include key points for what to write under each heading.
If the structure is decided, the hurdle for writing the main text drops significantly. You will no longer have the pain of starting from a blank page.
Expanding written articles into 'one week's worth of SNS posts'

What's difficult about posting isn't just writing the article. The task of spreading the articles you've written is also quietly heavy.
With Claude Cowork, you just need to have it read the article you've finished writing and ask it this:
Based on this article, please create 7 posts for X (formerly Twitter).
・Please ensure you can post from different angles every day using various perspectives from the article.
・Keep each within 140 characters and add a line at the end to pique interest in the article.
If one week's worth of posts is born from a single article, your posting, which used to be 'write and done,' will change into posting that truly reaches people.
