1,100 followers—the small steps continue

Before I knew it, the number of followers exceeded 1,100.
Thank you!

I had just expressed my gratitude when I hit the 1,000 milestone, so I thought, 'Next stop is 1,500,' but...

Not knowing when that will be, I realized I wanted to put these feelings into words right here and now.

While it may seem like 'just 100 people' from 1,000 to 1,100, for me, it is actually a very big step.

Because this number is built upon my connections with each and every one of you, I can truly feel that 'a new connection has been made,' and it makes me genuinely happy.

From 'monologue' to 'dialogue'

Recently, I have been receiving comments on my articles and interacting with people on X.

There are moments when the articles I write by myself turn into a 'dialogue' where I connect with someone else's heart.

That experience is the greatest encouragement for me to keep this space going.

I write about HR and organizational development—such as sales that make people happy, recruitment, and talent development—but at the root of it all is the wish that 'people can work energetically' and 'organizations can grow positively.'

And the fact that I can feel that wish taking shape, even a little, is entirely thanks to your reactions and empathy.

As a future theme, I will be promoting 'HR x Sales x AI = Growth Strategy.'

I want to keep connecting as my authentic self

The number 1,100 is also a milestone that reminds me to 'relax and connect as my authentic self.'

Of course, I look forward to big milestones like 1,500 or 2,000.

But I want to cherish each and every person in the 100-person increments in between.

I believe that the ability to share the joy of these small steps is the charm of this space.

I will continue to deliver articles that make readers think, 'I see,' or 'I feel a bit more energized.'

At the same time, I want to keep learning myself, encouraged by the words I receive from all of you.
