I have surpassed 900 followers! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

At first, I was fumbling as I wrote down words, not knowing who they would reach.

About sales, about human resources, about organizations...

And sometimes, about my own weaknesses, pain, and frustrations.

And sometimes, about detours to shrines and bakeries.


Even if it wasn't a "good story," I wanted to leave behind my raw, honest thoughts.

To those words and posts, there were people who replied,

"I understand" or "I felt the same way."

That was more than just empathy; it was "resonance."

I think that kind of back-and-forth has been flowing here before I even realized it.

When I started note, I never imagined such a relationship would be born.

Before I knew it, 900 people.

A mysterious and warm connection where we resonate with each other.

From here on out, I will continue to weave words without pretense, without trying to be someone I'm not,

but with "sincerity."
