800 followers.

When I saw this number, a quiet warmth spread deep within my chest.

I couldn't help but take a breath and whisper to myself, 'Thank you, everyone.'

When I started note, I never imagined I would be able to connect with so many people.

At first, I just wanted to write down what was inside me.

Things I felt in sales... struggles I had with management...

Words that weren't quite organized enough to tell anyone, but that I had repeated over and over in my heart.

When I gave shape to those thoughts and posted them,
I received reactions that felt like someone was gently reaching out, saying, 'I understand' or 'Me too.'

I can't express how happy that made me.

Each and every one of those moments gently pushed me forward.

I have worked for a long time as someone who prioritizes the front lines.

I have experienced successes, failures, betrayals, and trust—all of it.

That is precisely why I came to want to write about the real struggles and small hopes of the front lines,
rather than just painting a pretty picture.

If my words can warm someone's tomorrow even a little,

I cannot find the words to express how happy that makes me.

Beyond the number 800, there is the life of each and every one of you.

Before I knew it, I realized that those who read, those who clicked 'like,' those who commented, and those who follow me,
not a single one of you is just a 'passerby.'

If my posts can become a small signpost along someone's path,

that alone gives meaning to my writing.

The road continues from here.

There will be days when I can't find the right words.

Even so, as long as I have the desire to write, I will keep walking.

Not as a number, but to you, as an individual.
