Before I knew it, my followers had exceeded 3,500.

Every time I see the number,
I still feel a bit of wonder.

Everything started with taking that first step.

The decision to start a business.

And the note I started after that.

At first, almost no one read them.

Days went by without a single like.

Even so, I kept writing because
"There must be meaning in my past experiences"
I wanted to believe that.


The struggles in sales.

The frustration of not being valued.

The trial and error of building an organization.

The time I spent facing management.


If each of those things
can push someone forward even a little,

that is what I have thought while coming this far.


Among the words I receive, the ones that make me happiest are

"You saved me"
"I'll try it tomorrow"

Those are the messages.

Every time, I feel that my past is connected to someone's future.


3,500 people.

This is not just a number.

Each person has a life and challenges.

If my words can be by your side even a little in that, that is enough.


From here on out,
not just pretty words, but reality.

Not just theory, but practice.

I will continue to deliver "the growth of people and organizations" in my own words.


I have definitely made it this far thanks to all of you.
