Why I Started Tarot Reading ~ My Lunch was the Four of Wands

Hello. I am Yu Yada, a tarot reader specializing in career matters. Today, I would like to write a little about myself, although I rarely talk about myself (and I'm not very good at talking about myself in the first place).
There are many people who do tarot readings, but I would like you to get to know Yu Yada, including why I chose tarot and why I specialize in work-related issues. So, let's get started!

☆The trigger was changing jobs so often

This might be sudden, but I am quite the job hopper. I have changed jobs more than 10 times since I started working. I analyzed the reasons why I couldn't stick with them in my own way, and the conclusion is that my personality is the cause (lol).

Both in my private life and at work, I am a person who prioritizes efficiency above all else and I hate wasting time. I always end up looking for shortcuts so that I can finish my work concisely and in a short amount of time. (I don't spare any effort to do that!)
At first glance, this might look like a 'good thing', butit doesn't always function well in an organization like a company.

This is a story from a company I used to work for.
There was a task that had taken one hour to complete until then. When I took over that task, I proposed a different way of doing it because of the inefficiency. Then, that taskbecame a task that could be finished in 20 minutes. From the company's perspective, I think it's a very good thing because efficiency improved. However, the person who had been spending an hour on it lost their position, and for that person,I became a person who threatened their existence. In the end, it became uncomfortable for me, who had joined later, and I ended up quitting. It's unreasonable that I would become uncomfortable in a company even though I contributed to it, right?
There are other episodes, but anyway, I had vaguely realized thatmy personality makes it difficult to live within an organization or society. So I myselfwanted to work as a freelancer.

That said, money is necessary to live. To earn a continuous income, I have to work.
What kind of company would suit me? I wish I knew which company I could stay at for a long time, and from that idea, I started to think,
"I wish I could see the future -> I want to see my own future through divination!"

★Started with astrology first

I immediately researched divination. I have a personality where once I decide on something, I want to act on it right away (lol).
Among them, I thought I wanted to try astrology (Western astrology), which is somewhat glamorous and approachable.
I had been interested in it because I used to flip through the horoscopes in the back of women's magazines I read at the hair salon, so I thought 'This is it!' and headed straight to the bookstore! I bought several books and started studying astrology.

☆Astrology is too deep

A few weeks after I started studying. I became able to read horoscopes, and my specialized knowledge of zodiac signs, planets, house systems, etc., kept increasing.
I was learning with the feeling of 'I want to learn more! This is fun~🎶'.
I was gradually able to understand my own personality and characteristics through horoscopes, and I moved to the next step, trying to see what my future would be like.

However!!!

To read the future, you need the progression method or the transit method.
If you have studied astrology, I think you will understand, but it becomes complicated all at once from here.
The aspects (angles between planets) increased with a bang, and with planetary retrogrades, planetary degrees, and so on... anyway,the knowledge I had learned could no longer keep up, to the point where I wondered what all my previous knowledge was for. Gradually, the fun feeling faded, but I kept going somehow with just a confusing mental theory, saying, 'It's no good to give up on something you decided to do! You don't have enough study! If you try harder, you'll be able to do it!'

★A ray of light from advice from those around me

About half a year after I started studying astrology like that, one day.
A close person asked me, 'How is your divination study going?'

Me: Well, it's quite difficult... I can't read it at all. My studies haven't been progressing either...
Friend: Then why don't you study other divination? How about tarot? The pictures are beautiful, and you can understand the answer immediately by looking at the pictures, soit might suit Yada's personality, right?

They gave me advice that accurately saw through my personality of wanting to draw a line between black and white and wanting an answer immediately. (As expected of my friend!!)

It is true that I was also interested in tarot, and I had planned to do it next after mastering astrology.

Then they continued, 'You're doing it as a hobby, so it's meaningless if you can't enjoy it. If you think it's difficult or doesn't suit you, I think it's fine to do something else.' And I realizedthat I wasn't enjoying it.

'Why am I doing such a painful thing in my own private time? If it's boring, maybe a change of direction is good!' And I started tarot reading quite easily.

☆Free tarot is perfect for me

Like astrology, I immediately bought several books, tarot cards, and a cloth.
The more I read the books, the more free it was (lol). Anyway, there are almost no rules.
The roots of tarot seem to be card games, so that's a convincing reason.

In every book, it was written thatit is important to value the intuition and feelings you get from the pictures.
Moreover, while studying,tarot and Western astrology have many points in common, and I was able to utilize my previous knowledge, which helped me understand the meaning of the cards.Nothing is ever a waste, isn't it.
Also, it said that tarot can be used for small daily advice, such as tomorrow's weather or what clothes to wear.

This changed the concept of divination that I had. Divination itself had an image of 'seeing the future' for big life turning points, but by 'using' it in daily life,the hurdles kept getting lower.

★Why I started tarot ~ My lunch was the Four of Wands

After reading the books, I actually tried it. As for what I divined...

That day, my mother was supposed to buy something for lunch. I thought it was a good theme to divine daily life, so I drew one card...

Thenthat day's lunch was kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers)! (And 4 of them!!)

I was surprised myself. Of course, the Four of Wands doesn't mean kushikatsu.

But I thought at that time,
the most necessary thing for tarot is free thinking.
I thought it was perfect for me, as I cannot follow the rules of society (lol).

Such unbelievable but true divination results were interesting, and I started to divine various things in my daily life.

☆I want to work while having fun

While touching tarot every day, I vaguely started to think that I would like to make it my job.

If I can make my 'likes' my job, and if it can be useful to people, I'm even happier

With that thought, I started to think about wanting to create a site where people can easily divine online.
Past experience is utilized in tarot reading, andwhat I have experienced more than others is work.I have worked at many companies, and I must have met many people.

I thought I might be able to solve all kinds of worries in the workplace, so I decided on tarot specializing in work.

★Divination is all about 'using' it

When people hear the word 'tarot,' they generally think of witches, black cats, and other mysterious or scary imagery.
However, as you can see from how I got started with divination,tarot is not mysterious or scary at all, and it is something anyone can do casually. (After all, it was originally a card game, haha.)

I do not possess any clairvoyant or spiritual sensibilities whatsoever.
I simply love tarot, and Iconvey what I feel from the cards through the filter of 'Yuu Hatta'. I probably don't have the influence to change your life.
However, with my words, Imight be able to make your life a little easier or more positive. I would be happy if you could 'use' me when you want that kind of laid-back advice. I'll lend you my casual strength (haha).

I am still not financially stable enough to make a living solely from the things I love, but I want to aim for a way of life that focuses on what I enjoy and find fun, even if it's at a snail's pace.

This is a book I compiled to help you achieve 'decent' readings, created by someone like me who is super impatient (meaning 'sekkachi' in standard Japanese) and can't stick with things if the results aren't immediately visible when focusing on efficiency. 'Decent' doesn't mean following the textbook, but ratheraiming for a level where you can be satisfied that you were able to read with your own words, even if they are clumsy.

In any case, imagination is important for tarot, but I believe this skill is also a power that translates to thinking about things from the other person's perspective, not just in tarot but also in relationship troubles.
