Last time, I tried using Sora for the first time, and while I felt like things weren't going well, I really felt the rapid pace of AI evolution firsthand.
With image generation AI (Midjourney) and video generation AI (Sora), you can easily create things even if you can't draw or make videos. In other words, you can generate them in massive quantities.
Even if you think something is good, there are so many other good images and videos overflowing that it won't catch anyone's eye and will just end up as 'self-satisfaction'.
That's why I recommend 'standing on the shoulders of giants'.
The point is to use something that as many people as possible know or are involved with.
For me, that is 'Sour Cherries 🍒'.
Sour Cherries are works from a year ago.
Japan is a society that prioritizes new works.
I think it's better to nurture the works that already exist more and more.
If it were a musical, 'The Lion King' has been running for a long time, right?
This time, too, I'm thinking 'it's not going well,' but since I'm still in the phase where it's okay to fail, I hope you can enjoy that.
AI evolves, so it will eventually reach a point where there are no failures. So, 'now' is the only time you can see these failures.
