Short Story: The Adventure of a Lonely Kitten

Once upon a time, there was a small house in a distant forest.
In front of that house stood a large cherry blossom tree, and under that tree,
a small kitten was playing all by himself.
The kitten's name was Poco.

One day, while playing in the forest, Poco lost his way.
With large trees and meadows stretching on forever,
Poco did not know how to get back home.
Finally, Poco began to cry.
Then, from far away, a kind old woman came along.
The old woman found Poco and smiled gently.

"It's alright now, Poco. I will show you the way."

The old woman and Poco walked through the forest together.
While discovering beautiful flowers and sparkling rivers along the way,
the old woman told Poco many stories.
Poco was absorbed in the stories.
And so, the old woman and Poco were able to return home safely.

Poco thanked the old woman and said,
"Old woman! I would love for you to tell me more stories again."
The old woman said to Poco with a smile,
"Of course, Poco. Come by anytime."
Feeling relieved, Poco happily drifted off into his dreams.
The old woman's gentle stories lulled Poco's heart into a peaceful sleep.

And the next day, Poco woke up feeling energetic,
and played happily.
