Morning of Beginnings: Light Illuminating Mt. Fuji and Cherry Blossoms

夜が明け、朝の柔らかな光が世界を照らし始める瞬間を描きました。 雪化粧を帯びた富士の静寂と、朝日を浴びて一斉に色づく桜の躍動感。この一瞬の神々しさをキャンバスに閉じ込めたいという思いで筆を走らせました。画面の隅々まで、春の清らかな空気が流れるような表現を目指しています。

I captured the moment dawn breaks and the soft morning light begins to illuminate the world. The stillness of the snow-capped Mt. Fuji contrasts with the vibrancy of the cherry blossoms glowing in the sunrise. I moved my brush with a desire to trap this momentary divinity within the canvas, aiming for an expression where the pure air of spring flows into every corner.

72歳になり、改めて「朝」という時間の美しさに心を打たれています。 若い頃には当たり前だと思っていた光の移ろいも、今の私にとっては、今日という日を精一杯描くための大切なエネルギーです。「上手く描きたい」という欲よりも、この風景を見て感じた「生きていてよかった」という真っ直ぐな感動を、そのまま色に乗せました。 修行中の身ではありますが、私の絵を通して、皆様の心にも温かな朝の光が届くことを願っています。

At 72, I am once again struck by the beauty of the "morning." The shifting light, which I took for granted in my youth, is now a vital energy for me to paint each day with all my heart. Rather than a desire to "paint perfectly," I infused the colors with the raw emotion of being grateful for this life. Although I am still an apprentice, I hope that through my art, a warm morning light reaches your heart.
