"I made it in an instant"—The person I admire used my thumbnail maker [Bonus update included]
There are several people I look up to.
People I have been watching from afar for a long time.
People I have worked toward becoming while moving my own hands.
Simplist Yamada-san ( @yamada_simple ) used the GPT I created.
And they even added the happy words, "I made it in an instant."
Something I created reached someone I had set as a goal.
Today, I am writing about that scenery I thought was so far away.

Hello, I am You Nagano.
I work at a typical Japanese company after returning to the workforce at 48 following a long career break.
From the perspective of someone in their 50s from the "lost generation," I share tips to make your content creation easier.
Following the example of Simplist Yamada-san

Simplist Yamada-san is one of my role models.
While working at a company as an engineer, they manage multiple platforms—
note, Kindle, X, Threads, YouTube, Stand.fm, Coconala, Tips...
—effortlessly and lightly.
They don't just write one article and call it a day.
What they write goes on to work for them in the next place.
Turning "dots" into "lines,"
even while they sleep or while they are at the park with their children,
the things they have left behind continue to generate income.
The way they build that system is always dazzling.
It was a view that still felt far away to me.
I looked at the notification three times after getting off work
Yamada-san quoted my post.
When I checked my phone after work, these were the words that jumped out at me.

Wow! I almost let out a shout.
When I hurriedly checked my Brain sales history,
Simplist Yamada-san's name was indeed there.
I looked at the screen three times.
And it wasn't just that they gave me kind words.
Yamada-san's new article,
" "Writing side hustles" are all about synergy."
The GPT I created was actually used for the thumbnail of that article.
Not just for the note thumbnail, but even for the YouTube thumbnail.

Thumbnail Maker 2.0 was born from my own clumsiness
Nagano-style Thumbnail Maker 2.0 was originally something I made for myself.
I struggle with making thumbnails every time.
I don't have exceptional taste, and I end up obsessing over details, wasting time.
Still, since it's the "face" of the article, I can't cut corners.
So, why not turn it into a system?
If I just convey the title and the vibe,
design proposals come out in a two-step interaction.
I nurtured that kind of GPT on my own.
Something born from my own clumsiness has now reached the hands of someone I admired,
and it has become the "face" of their article.
Could there be anything better than this?

Yamada-san is good at building systems
From here on, a little bit about Yamada-san.
What I admire about Yamada-san is their design for "turning what you write into assets."
Some people write a note and it just ends with "the number of articles increases."
I was like that for a long time, too.
But Yamada-san is different.
They connect the note they wrote to Kindle.
They meet new readers through Kindle's ability to attract an audience.
Then they bring those readers back to note.
What they write goes around in a circle,
and returns as the next harvest.
And I realized one thing.
The fact that they quoted me and mentioned the thumbnail maker—
that, too, was part of Yamada-san's design to "turn dots into lines."
Bringing me into the circle before the release.
More than being praised,
I was happy to be positioned as "
someone to build excitement together with."
I thought again that I definitely want to learn from this skill.
The definitive edition of the note × Kindle strategy, "no-Kin"
That Mr. Yamada's
Tips summarizing the note × Kindle strategy into one book have been officially released today.
" no-Kin".
It is a complete manual for Kindle publishing for those who write notes.
How to connect the notes you have written so far
to KDP (Kindle Publishing).
It contains everything on how to create that flow.
For people like me,
who "ended up just increasing the number of articles,"
this is a book I want you to see.

If you are making a Kindle book cover
For those who purchased no-Kin from this article,
I have prepared a small gift for you.
▶ Bonus 1: Nagano-style Kindle Book Cover Maker

This GPT is a GPT that proposes e-book cover designs
based on a simple hearing sheet.
For example, you can create designs like this.

It is a sister work to the Thumbnail Maker 2.0 that Mr. Yamada used.
Not only did I change the image ratio,
but I also added customizations unique to book covers.
Title, subtitle, author name, and genre atmosphere.
Just by telling it, design proposals for the cover will appear.
If you send " score", you can also get a 100-point check with the Nagano-style score.

Unfortunately, due to resolution issues,
it cannot be used directly for KDP.
However, when you are worried about the cover design,
it should become your partner for brainstorming.
I am not considering selling this GPT individually.
In the future, there is a possibility that I will offer it as a value-added service for paid KDP cover production support, but it will not be lower than this price.
I have decided to add a bonus in a hurry.
▶ Bonus 2: Cover Manuscript Production Support
This is support to translate the cover design output by this GPT
into a manuscript that can be used for actual KDP submission.
Please prepare the design output by this GPT
A consultation meeting of about 30 minutes (camera off is okay) will be held
Nagano will make full use of Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop + various AIs to
produce KDP-compatible manuscript data
that is 2,560 pixels high x 1,600 pixels wide or larger.
Basically, I will utilize Photoshop's Upscaler, but if the text breaks down, I will reassemble it in Illustrator.
Because this is content that Nagano actually works on, it is set at an exceptional price.
This is for those who wish, first 5 people only.
There are 4 spots left.
The expiration date will be within 1 year.
"I'm not publishing a Kindle right now"
"But I want you to be a force when the time comes"
Even for those people, it is possible to just hear your wishes.
▶ Bonus 3: Consultation on cover production
This is the right to have a "quick" consultation when you are having trouble with your submission data.
I'll try making the cover manuscript myself since I'm at it!
But what if I have questions...?
I will accept consultations at any time using the official LINE account.
I cannot look at things as closely as I do for Bonus 2, but
"What should I do in this situation?"
I can answer these questions "quickly."
(Must read) How to receive the bonus
Please purchase no-Kin via the link in this article
Please take a screenshot showing your purchase
Please attach that screenshot and contact the contact form below
Once I have confirmed your purchase via the link,
I will send you (1) access rights to the "Nagano-style Kindle Book Cover Maker" GPT and a PDF on how to use it.
I will also provide the password for (2) requests and (3) consultations.

I will provide the referral link once more.

The things I made reaching the person I aimed for.
That was a scene I thought was
far, far away.
But if you keep working with your hands,
sometimes, days like this come along.
The things you are making for yourself right now
might also reach someone's hands someday.
Believing in that day, let's keep
working with our hands a little bit today, too.
