How to Truly Visualize Your "Dreams" - Bringing Happiness to Life Sets Your Life in Motion -
What is your dream?
Money, freedom, success, health, family... there are many things.
But at the root of it all, isn't it the thought of "I want to be happy"?
However, while "I want to be happy" is a powerful phrase, its reality is vague.
Because it is so vague, life goes on without it ever being realized.
In fact, I was the same way.
While saying "I want to be happy," I would just vaguely imagine things like wanting money or wanting to live without working...
Because it lacked specificity, nothing ever started.
Many people stop here.
However, through many encounters and learning, I realized.
Unless a dream is "concretized," it will never come true.
I learned that this is a surprisingly simple, yet life-changing essential truth.
Now, I would like to share the method with you,
but since I was taught this orally, I am a little worried about whether I can convey it well.
But I will give it a try.
Step 1: First, visualize your "happy moments"
What are the scenes where you feel from the bottom of your heart, "I'm so happy"?
I want you to close your eyes and imagine them freely.
You can have as many as you like, and they can change over time.
In fact, I think having many is a shortcut to happiness.
It is important to visualize your true feelings.
In my case, it is like this.
1. Viewing beautiful nature and ruins while traveling with my wife
2. Enjoying delicious food and drinks with my wife without worrying about money
3. Spending time with friends until we forget the time (board games, saunas, drinks)
4. Many people smiling and training in my own "castle" (gym)
5. Standing in a social setting, dressed stylishly and full of self-confidence
6. Sweating through training and staying healthy forever with a body that gets complimented
I realized while writing this that I apparently have a strong "desire for self-display" haha.
But I think that's fine for a dream.
It's okay to be as honest about your "own desires" as it is embarrassing.
Step 2: Identify "what is needed" for that happiness
This is the most important step to turn dreams into reality.
This is a part that must not be left vague.
However, it might be difficult to do it all at once.
So, it's okay to take it little by little.
It took me time, and even now there are things for which I don't know what is needed.
Let's clarify what needs to be done one by one, one by one.
For example, the dream of
1. Viewing beautiful nature and ruins while traveling with my wife
.
Let's break down the necessary conditions in detail.
① Having my wife by my side
It goes without saying, but many people neglect this.
They cut back on time with their family to earn money, and before they know it, their relationships have fallen apart...
In this state, the premise of the dream disappears.
② Where do you want to go? Be 'specific'
You cannot take action with a vague idea like 'I want to go to a tropical country'.
Specify the location, such as 'a beach in Cancun, Mexico'.
Look up maps or look at photos.
③ How much money is needed?
How much are the airfare and hotel, how many days will you stay, and how much will the living expenses be?
You might feel discouraged, thinking, 'It costs this much?'
There might be a moment where you lament that it's impossible.
But this is the scene you envisioned as your greatest happiness.
Just by breaking it down into numbers, the dream suddenly becomes realistic.
④ When will you go?
A dream without a deadline will remain a 'dream' forever.
By summoning the courage to set a deadline, the actions you need to take will emerge.
Step 3: 'Research' what you don't know
As you break down your dream, you will inevitably encounter 'unknown territory'.
For me, for example,
4. In my own 'castle' (gym), many people are training with smiles on their faces
To realize this,
Operations, management, equipment, contracts, funding, marketing...
These are necessary, but I am full of things I don't know yet.
However,
The act of researching what you 'don't know' itself becomes an action that fulfills the necessary conditions of your dream.
The things you need to do will gradually take shape.
Dreams are least likely to come true when they remain 'vague'
Chasing a vague dream might be easy in a sense.
You don't get hurt, and you don't need to put in any effort.
But if you stay that way, it will never come true in your lifetime.
On the other hand, as you learn and make things concrete,
The dream changes from a 'distant view' into a 'realistic plan'.
At that moment, your life will definitely start to move.
There is a satirical illustration I still cannot forget.
It is an illustration of someone 'standing on a pile of books, peeking over the other side of a wall'.
At first, learning might cause some pain.
There might be a reality there that you didn't want to see.
But beyond that, there is surely a view that can only be seen after you have stacked up your knowledge.

In conclusion
I sincerely hope that your dreams become clearer,
and that one day they will become reality.
I, too, am still halfway there.
I will continue to move forward, making things concrete one step at a time.
Let's do our best together!
