**As the representative of the "Resonance Information Broadcasting Station, Kibi Branch,"** I gather the history, culture, and the "sparks of the soul" of the people that pulse through this land of Kibi, and place them onto "boats of stories (words)," delivering them to the whole country and the world as "ripples of transmission."**
For many years, I have been deepening my own fundamental inquiry into "Soul Resonance" through diverse themes such as history, culture, social thought, music, and resonance. The surge of that exploration is now becoming a great flow that connects "from Kibi to Japan, and then to the world."
In particular, I serve as a companion who connects the thoughts of creators and activists who continue to take on challenges in the region to the future as "stories" through press releases, writing, and various production activities.

"As if the sparks of the soul are drawing ripples on the water's surface──"
We inherit the memories of "fire" and "water" that pulse invisibly through the land of Kibi, and weave and deliver history, culture, people, and voiceless thoughts to the world as new "stories (words)."
It is a ripple that gently lights the spark sleeping in someone's heart, becoming a quiet resonance that spreads into the future. "Information" is not merely a record but a "prayer," and "transmission" is not a one-sided assertion but the beginning of "resonance."
From this land of Kibi, we carry the "message of the soul" woven by fire and water
── and will continue to create together the stories of the "now" that should be left for the future.
What is my source, "Soul Resonance"?
At the root of my activities is the sense and intelligence cultivated through my own half-life, which I call "Soul Resonance." It is not merely a spiritual concept. It is the power to grasp the "discomfort" lurking in the depths of information and resonate with the truth and structure behind it. It is precisely the "special way of seeing things" that I have polished over 35 years.
The beginning was a compass named "discomfort"
When I was in junior high school, I had a strange feeling that "if I just memorize the bold text in the textbook, I can somehow get 80%." By the time I was in high school, that sense had become even sharper. I felt "discomfort" that Chinese history, which I was bad at, appeared on every world history test, so I figured out the teacher's area of expertise and prepared accordingly, and it was a hit. On English tests, I noticed that the "part where 5 prepositions that seemed likely to appear were packed" in the long reading comprehension questions would appear exactly as is.
This was not rote memorization of superficial knowledge, but an intuition that "there is always a pattern or bias behind what is visible on the surface." My "Soul Resonance" had sprouted from this time as the power to perceive and decipher the "structure behind information."
Liberation from the "bias" that changed my life
However, even I was trapped by my own deep-seated "bias." It was a conflict with my parents over my university path. Within the cage of "correctness" created by the society of that time—that "you can be happy if you go to a good university and a good company"—I was trying to suppress my own sensibilities.
While I was a ronin (a student waiting for another chance to enter university), I went to Tokyo on my own, and a person I met there by chance became the turning point of my life.
"Evolutionary theory and Mendel's laws of inheritance might not be able to coexist."
"The truth about food additives," "subliminal effects"... and even the "bubble burst and bank failures" a few years later, that person calmly spoke about information that the world did not yet know. They never gave me instructions like "do this." All they gave me was the perspective of a "way of seeing things."
At that moment, I was shocked. While my own 'sense of discomfort' was sharp, I had been completely unaware of my own 'assumptions.' I then realized that there exist 'invisible information' and 'hidden structures' that many people do not notice, and that these are what drive our lives and society.
The experience of the 'Age of Earth' becomes the power of the 'Age of Wind'
Thirty-five years have passed since then. I have been honing that 'special perspective.' In the Age of Earth, meritocracy and competition were valued, there were few places to put 'discomfort' into words, and there was almost no stage for someone like me who dislikes conflict. However, even during that time, I continued to deeply decipher the essence of 'Soul Resonance' from all kinds of information, including history, mythology, social structures, and the fluctuations of thought.
And now, the 'Age of Wind' has arrived. I am convinced that this era, where 'invisible values' such as sensibility, connection, and resonance hold power, is the time for someone like me to utilize the 'Soul Resonance' cultivated through years of exploration and share it with you all.
'Soul Resonance' is a compass for believing in the talent of 'discomfort' that you harbor within, freeing yourself from information bias, and creating a life that is uniquely yours. Everything in the past was for this very moment.
Activity Introduction: Examples of Creating 'Sparks of the Soul, Ripples of Transmission'
At the 'Resonance Information Bureau, Kibi Branch,' we engage in activities to unearth the 'sparks of the soul' sleeping in the land of Kibi and spread them as 'ripples of transmission' throughout the country and the world. We would like to introduce our work through concrete examples.
1. Picking up the 'sparks of the soul' (Excavation and interview activities)
We are diligently digging up the history, unique customs, and voiceless thoughts of the people that pulse through the Kibi region. This is because we believe that the 'sparks' that lead to the future lie not only in information left as mere records, but in the stories living within the daily lives of local people and in memories that are about to be forgotten.
For example, we do not just decipher ancient documents; we listen to oral traditions passed down by local elderly people, and sometimes we walk around historical sites with old maps in hand, thoroughly conducting interviews on foot. It is not uncommon for my own compass, named 'discomfort,' to show me the hiding places of such buried stories.
2. Spreading the 'ripples of transmission' (Support and production examples)
The 'sparks of the soul' we unearth are sublimated into 'ripples of transmission' that reach far and wide through appropriate 'words' and 'lead lines'.
Example 1: Collaboration with Sayaka Okise, a musician living in Okayama (Currently in progress) Sayaka Okise is an 'Okayama singer' who has a strong desire to 'promote Okayama through music' and has continued to create spaces online where families raising children can enjoy music. We deeply resonate with her grand vision of 'from Okayama to the world' and her concept for an international exchange project with Cameroon, Africa, and we are serving as her partner. Currently, we are supporting the issuance of a press release for her appearance at 'corom fes' (scheduled for June 28, 2025), the first official music festival hosted by the online music distribution app 'corom,' and we are working together to carefully verbalize the significance and appeal of her activities and strategize how to convey them widely. As her original song 'Akishigure' has been selected as the ending theme for the evening news 'RNC news every.' on Nishinippon Broadcasting (RNC), attention to her activities is growing, and we will continue to provide multifaceted support so that her 'spark of the soul' can expand its circle of resonance through the power of words.

Under the grand vision of the 'Resonance Information Bureau,' we chose the name 'Kibi Branch' as our first step. This name carries a deep meaning.
From the sacred ground of the 'spark of the soul' called Kibi
'Kibi' has long been an important hub of Japanese history and culture, a land where rich nature and human activity pulse. The memory of 'fire and water,' which is the root of our activities, and the 'spark of the soul' born from it, were nurtured in this very land of Kibi. While cherishing this regionality, we position this as a hub to spread the unique 'power to see through discomfort and weave stories' cultivated in Kibi to the rest of the country.
Kibi is the origin point where our own 'Soul Resonance' was formed, and it is a precious place from which we will spread ripples of resonance across the entire country.
Gathering the 'Sparks of the Soul' dormant across the country and connecting them to a network of resonance
Our vision does not stop at Kibi. We believe that many precious 'sparks of the soul' that are still unknown but should be preserved for the future lie dormant throughout Japan. These include history and culture rooted in local regions, unique customs, the unspoken thoughts of the people living there, and the activities of creators who continue to take on challenges.
The 'Resonance Information Bureau' has a vision to discover these 'sparks of the soul' across the country and establish 'Resonance Information Bureau XX Branches' rooted in each region. For example, we want to build a network that unearths and broadcasts the unique charms of each land, such as the 'Owari Branch' or the 'Awa Branch', where rich nature and culture breathe.
Cultivating 'Resonance Producers' and connecting to the future
Supporting this nationwide expansion are 'Resonance Producers' like us. We want to focus on cultivating talent who can play an active role in various regions as experts who not only disseminate information but also create 'resonance' that touches people's hearts and encourages action.
The 'sensitivity to capture a sense of discomfort' and the 'ability to feel invisible connections,' which were difficult to evaluate in the 'Era of Earth,' are now being sought as the new intelligence of the 'Era of Wind.' We will maximize that power and build a 'network of resonance' that connects region to region, person to person, and Japan to the world through 'stories.'
