[🐱Tool] Thank you for your support. A quick update & a bit about the future

that while the follower count is hidden on the profile page, it isn't hidden in the pop-up from the home screen.

You're right.
If you hover your mouse over a username on the top screen timeline, a pop-up displays the follower count.

I've been using it for nearly three years and had no idea. Why isn't it applied there?

(This section is a bit technical, so please skip it if you're not interested.)

Judging by the CSS class names, note's profile page is built with a framework called Tailwind CSS. However, when I checked the site structure, for some reason, the list view still had old class names or a different DOM structure, so it wasn't being applied correctly.

Yes, I remember that back in the day, each element had very clear class names like this. Recently? I feel like they might have refactored and those clear class names are gone.

But they remain in the list view pop-up. I wonder why. Maybe only this part is JS-generated and the source code itself comes from a different route.

...Well, I'm not interested in the fine details of note's development, so I just added a fix so it applies to the list view as well.

I was told about this last Monday, and even though I fixed it immediately, it took a few days for review again, and it finally passed on Thursday. I thought such a minor fix would pass review right away.

Perhaps it took longer because I had created and registered videos or thumbnails.

Anyway, I've fixed it, so by the time this article is out, it should already be automatically applied to your environment. Whether it's the home screen or the profile screen, the follower count should properly turn into a 🐱.

For the next update, I'm thinking of letting you choose emojis other than 🐱... or something like that.

By the way, what kind of emojis would you like to use to hide things?
For now, I'm thinking of adding 🐈, 🐶, 🐉, etc., but if you have any requests like "I'd like this emoji!", please let me know.
